On the service it appears good but then they tell you ok you are approved so come back on Monday with proper paperwork and then they tell you ok you will be paying double the cost and if do not go through with your purchase which was not even done then lol you will lose your earnest money. Well, that happened to us we were out with our down-payment after we refused to sign. How's that for sport. And we never Even got paperwork to take home or review. Lol what a hell of a deal. i left a deposit to hold a vehicle, decided to back out of deal, no paperwork was done and Rick called me selfish and other names and degraded me for backing out of deal, he was very mad and not only that they are keeping my money and he said I will not get a refund. so unprofessional on there end. stay away from this place, I been trying to reach out to GM but never get a call back, not sure if they are giving him/her my messages, GM is very hard to contact. read more

I'll give them credit for the beginning. They were very helpful in the beginning but the amount of maintenance for this car is OBSURD especially when i have only had the car a few months and when I contacted them for help the blame was put on me about general maintenance. Make sure you know what you're doing with cars if you go here because if you don't... my tire went flat on a busy street which obviously could have been dangerous and they were of no support. There's no way that WE in a few months wore out the tires that much. My spark plugs all need to be replaced already and from one of them misfiring I ended up stranded. The most they did was call the mechanics around to see if they would even look at the car. Window squeaking when being rolled up, car shaking, supposedly convertible roof not coming down, and potentially other more hazardous mechanical issues im sure I'll find. But don't let me bore you. It's just general maintenance, right? read more

A year ago , March of 23 I was extremely happy to buy a car from this dealership. The sales team was great. Fast forward to now and I'm livid. By October I had to replace all my ignition coils. I let them know I never had heat in the car and they refused to fix it unless I paid $300.By December my sway bar had to be rewelded and my brake rotors were cracked in half. I moved to Wisconsin in January. I started hearing a noise in my transmission, so I took it in to find out there is an after market gasket on the transmission and someone had dropped a bolt in it. There's metal shavings. My water pump is shot. My warranty only covers $100 of shop labor per hour and I need a rebuild or transmission. The service team has told me they didn't do it and aren't responsible and the gm won't take my calls. This company takes zero responsibility and I'm now making payments on a car sitting in a shop plus having to pay for repairs. I recommend staying away from this dealership. read more

Worst customer service ever. We purchased a 2016 RAM 1500 with a down payment. Before we left the dealership they had to air up the tire because it was leaking air. We didn't even have the truck for 4 hours before the check engine light came on, 4 more hours later the tire was on 24 PSI meaning it continued to leak air. We called the next day to inform them about the tire and ever since the check engine light came on the truck would not go over 50 MPH. Dealermart service called a tow truck (because we live in Ingleside and didn't feel safe driving it back to Corpus) to get it back to them so they could fix the problem, but when they had the truck for two days they said that there was no check engine light on and it was driving perfectly fine. Note that when they picked up the vehicle it had half a tank of gas, When we received the truck back it was on E. Then told us that if the check engine light were to come back on to call them before we got back to Ingleside because "towing the truck is expensive." The next day (October 5) we have the truck the check engine light comes on again and we once again cannot go over 50 MPH. We call the service again and it took them almost an entire day to come to pick up the truck and when they did pick up the truck, they didn't even tell us. They had the truck for 3 days and not once did they communicate what they were doing with the truck. My fiancé had tried calling them multiple times and they either didn't answer or when they did they said they would "call him back." On Saturday, October 8 I had to call them because we were now fed up with these people just ignoring us. I explained to them the issue and they said they could take my name and number and call me back. Instead of calling me back they called my fiancé and told him that we could have our down payment back as we asked for and the check would be ready on Tuesday, October 11. That morning when they opened my fiancé tried to call them but they once again were not answering their phone to him, but when I call they answer. I called them at 2 PM asking when we could pick up our check and they said they would call me back, once again trying to avoid the situation. I called back at 3 PM because I knew that they were not going to call me back. The woman that I talked to kept changing up her story saying that "Raul" was going to be back, but then he was out for the day and that I couldn't talk to him because "this is sales not service," but the person we talked to was from sales. This lady tried to tell me that we would get an answer if we could get our down payment back by the end of the day and when I told her no and that we were already told that we were getting our down payment back she hung up on me. After I was hung up on they wanted to TEXT my fiancé and say that our check would be ready on Wednesday, October 12 at 10 AM. But when we went in there they had nothing ready for us. We had to ask for them to make a paper saying that our contract was VOIDED with them, even though they insisted that we "didn't" need one. We did it to protect ourselves because these people do not care about what kind of vehicle you are getting. All they care about is STEALING your money and their ONE-STAR REVIEWS because they asked my fiancé to take them down because they gave us our money back. Like I told them maybe if their customer service was better we wouldn't have to leave a one-star review. People need to know about what these people at Dealermart are doing. With all these 5-star reviews on Google, they probably pay their "customers" to leave. read more

They added things on to the price that I didn't ask for they put gap insurance on there which I never said I wanted they put maintenance stuff on there that I never wanted or asked for and they were very friendly and we were talking and she was pointing and I was signing and I never asked for these services and I now I'm stuck with paying for them thousands of dollars because they chose to put that on there and I do not think they have the right to do that so just be warned that you need to look at everything because they just will put papers in front of you talking about you know what your financing or whatever and I will never use the maintenance thing I will never take any card there I have my own mechanic the no one else touches my car so I got stuck paying an extra $1,600 for something that I will never use and never asked for and was never brought to my attention they never asked me if I wanted it they never mentioned it it was just in the paperwork and they were having me sign it and I think that that is very bad business and it's a shame because they're such nice people but aren't all used car sales people nice get to talk in and then put stuff in front of you and you just sign your papers cuz I just thought I was signing my finance paper I didn't realize that I was getting all this extra crap the only reason I did not get stuck with The Gap coverage thing is because she mentioned it when I first got there and I said oh no I don't need the Gap coverage but I never asked for any of that stuff and they never asked me if I wanted it they just put the stuff in front of me like it was perfectly okay that's like going to a grocery store and having the cashier put a bunch of extra groceries in your car for you and you have to pay for it just because and I don't like that at all I think that that's shity read more
