Roy and I handled all negotiations over phone, text, and email before I made the trip. When I purchased, there were no surprise fees or charges. When we arrive for our scheduled appointment instead of showing us the car and having a conversation he immediately asks " are you here to test drive and buy elsewhere". Truth is he knew the appointment was to look at the vehicle, but because we didn't agree to buy the car in 5 minutes he didn't show us any vehicles, didn't test drive anything and wasted my time. A dealership is for test driving vehicles and checking out vehicles, not forcing sales in the first 5 minutes. Steven was unprofessional, very unhelpful, and had commission breath.
