Roy and I handled all negotiations over phone, text, and email before I made the trip. When I purchased, there were no surprise fees or charges. What I really appreciated was being treated as an equal by Roy as well as the entire dealership. Truth is he knew the appointment was to look at the vehicle, but because we didn't agree to buy the car in 5 minutes he didn't show us any vehicles, didn't test drive anything and wasted my time. A dealership is for test driving vehicles and checking out vehicles, not forcing sales in the first 5 minutes. Steven was unprofessional, very unhelpful, and had commission breath.

Talked to Chris Lopez who was working out the financing part of the deal he is the finance manager. My family and I get there and the vehicle looks good and we test drive ita all good. Its time to talk to Chris the finance manager to finalize the paper work. He proceeds to tell me that I need to get the extended warranty plus the Gap insurance in order for the finance company to fund the vehicle Because they don't think I can fix the vehicle if something breaks on it based on my credit. I took his word for it. They added the warranty which was almost 5k more. Shortly after I leave I get the welcome call from the finance company who told me I didn't need to get those warranties in order to get financed. So I call the dealership several time to talk to Chris on why he would tell me what he said. They don't get back to me for several days for him being gone out of the office. Chris finally calls me back says he never told me that even know both my wife and I were in the office when he said it. I had them take off the warranties And change the contract. Be careful of Chris the finance manager and Roman his boss the finance director. Neither seemed to care or apologize for lying, I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. He does everything in a hurry. He does not care about anything but closing the deal. I had a trade in and I also put down $4000 down. I did not need the down payment. My monthly payment was still $600. Jonathan Lightfoot should focus on doing what is best for the buyer and not be overly concern with lining his own pocket. Jonathan Lightfoot is the reason car sales have a bad rap. I will never do business with them again. He did not try very hard to find me a better interest rate. He just wanted to close the deal.
