A Special thank you to John Aguirre and team for helping make this such an incredible experience…read more My husband is absolutely thrilled with his pickup! John provides outstanding customer service and is always straightforward, honest, and professional. The quality of the vehicles he offers is second to none, and he truly takes care of his customers. I've been doing business with John Aguirre since the 1980s, dating back to Pagan Lewis and that level of trust doesn't happen by accident. Over the years, he has consistently delivered excellent service and quality vehicles. I wouldn't buy from anyone else. Thank you, John and team for another great experience and for helping make this special purchase one to remember!

Liars liars like democrats!! I had a very bad experience…read morewith this seller. I bought a vehicle from overseas.I asked John several times if the vehicle was in good condition, he replied that YES YES YES, the vehicle was working perfectly!! But when I received it some time later, the vehicle was in a deplorable condition. The brakes were ruined, the undertray was missing, the interior of the vehicle was absolutly dirty, the rear rims were cracked, a front tire was damaged, there was a problem with the steering rack that I had to change. So NO, this car was not in good condition, but in shitty condition. This is just disgusting from primetime auto to sell this car while it was in this condition and while I live abroad. These are crook ways!! And that's not how you do business!!! If you buy a vehicle from them you better look at the car from every angle, because at primetime auto we are liars like democrats..

Roy T!!! You are the man!…read more I was searching for a C300 with specific features and found one 3 hours away. Roy and I handled all negotiations over phone, text, and email before I made the trip. When I purchased, there were no surprise fees or charges. What I really appreciated was being treated as an equal by Roy as well as the entire dealership. There are plenty of times where professionals will discuss with my husband even though I am the ultimate decision maker for my car. Minor details that could've been a hassle if it wasn't for Roy's communication, follow-through, and general professionalism: - The C300 had a few small paint chips from normal wear and tear. - The spoiler wasn't attached properly Solutions: Roy said he'd mail over a touch-up kit, and he did. He also advised me to take it to my local Mercedes dealership for warranty repair (I didnt have the time to wait for the service to be done same-day at Ed Hicks). I followed up with my local dealership and like roy said, it was covered under warranty and everything went smoothly. The whole experience was easy, honest, and pleasant. I'm planning to buy future cars from Roy

I regularly purchase vehicles out of state and rarely write reviews, but this experience stands out…read morefor the wrong reasons. I agreed to terms on a car and was ready to move forward. Instead, the dealership delayed the process on their end while "checking with other dealers" and handling things internally. During that time -- after several messages, a few phone calls, and multiple days of back-and-forth -- the car was sold to someone else. This wasn't a case of a last-minute competing buyer. It reflects a lack of deal control and a willingness to continue shopping a vehicle even after terms are agreed, without clearly communicating that to the buyer. At the level of purchasing a $90K+ vehicle in cash, there should be a much higher standard of professionalism, transparency, and follow-through. Instead, I was left in limbo while the dealership continued to pursue other options behind the scenes. The result was a complete waste of time and a breakdown in trust. If a dealership is not prepared to secure a vehicle once terms are agreed, that should be made explicitly clear upfront. Proceed with caution, and make sure you have explicit written confirmation that a vehicle is being held before assuming a deal is in place.

I went in for oil change and diagnostic test on 3/30/18 for my Chevy Camaro at 4:30. After waiting…read more30 minutes I was told that the guy who does the diagnostic test left at 5. Instead of taking my car straight to diagnostic he started with Oil change first. I expressed my concerns with GM James Nauman and he was very understanding of the situation and offered to help fix the problem. He was very nice and handled the situation very well. Because of this, I will be coming back to AutoNation for my future services. Excellent customer service. I came back on Monday and everything was done and fixed. Diagnostic test was done as well as alignment of my front wheels.

Bought our vehicle on 11/14/25. Brought it back on 11/27/25…read morebecause the front seat was missing bolts and the ac was not working. They had the car a week and bolted the seat, but didn't find an issue with the ac - gave it a temporary fix. Two weeks later, ac stopped working again and check engine light came on. Returned to the dealership and the manager very rudely told us it wasn't their problem and we needed to take the vehicle to the GMC dealer. Took the car to GMC and they fixed ac but we didn't really get an answer about the check engine light. When vehicle was returned there was an error for one of the tire sensors. Three days after having vehicle back, the check engine light came on again. We have had the car 6 weeks and it was been on the shop for almost 2 weeks. Auto Nation USA does not care. They sold us a bad car and told us it is not their problem. I will never buy another car from Auto Nation USA
