Above and beyond is not even good enough to explain just how far this company went for my family. We got into a car accident with our Honda Civic and it was declared a total loss... We went straight to Wilson & Sons. Even though they didn't have anything on their lot that could fully satisfy us, they said they could find what we wanted. Armed with our mile long list of "needs" and "wants" they went on the hunt for us. While they were searching they stayed in constant contact- we never felt forgotten about or pushed aside. In the end, they went to four car auctions, put in numerous hours searching and even flew to Salt Lake to get our perfect car. On top of all that, they gave us a screaming deal and even tinted the windows for us! I'd like to feel like I'm spoiled, but honestly, we get the vibe that that's just the way they do business. We'd recommend these guys in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a car. They are honest, fair, and every single employee has a great and willing attitude. Need a great car? Go see them!

I tried to return the car the next day and James the owner said he felt it was just the wall mounts. I had to pay $40 for their mechanic just to listen to it and they said no- it;s the crankshaft. I had my mechanic just breifly look at it and said he felt is was the motor mount. The part was ordered and a week later when my mechanic went to install it and further inspect the issue it was the transmission. I had tried to return it 2x prior but was assured from Dave the salesman that they would take care of me. It's a $2000 fix and the owner James advised me that it wasn't his car anymore and that it was between me and the bank. He also advised to me **** WE GET THE CARS AT AUCTION AND SELL THEM AND WE DON"T HAVE A MECHANIC LOOK AT THEM BEFORE****** So now I am stuck with either an extra $2000 bill on top of my loan of $5500 or a voluntary repo. P.S. James said that I was offered and extended warranty and I said that I don't remember that. My paperwork says N/A and I asked my friend who was with me and he said no, you weren't offered anything. When I called back I got James. He advised me that he didn't offer me an extended warranty because I negotiated the price of the car down???? Really??? *****BUYER PLZ BE AWARE*******

I don't…read moreknow who's the bigger rat, the one who ate through the fuse box enclosure I'm trying to replace, or the sales rep I called today. For the listing itself, the part is already plucked out, so it's not like they have to go and disassemble it, so it should only take an hour, 2 tops to retrieve. There's NO excuse why it should take DAYS, but yet I'd have to order it today (Thursday) and pick it up Monday. Even worse, Ford's official website verified the fuse box enclosures have the exact same SKU (FU5Z-14A003-?, ?= B and C) for 2016-2019; I have a 2017, and there is a 2017 part for about $77 in Caldwell, but they have a 2016 at this location in Nampa for $49.50, and it took me 5 minutes to even convince the rep to REMOTELY consider letting me buy the 2016, since he condescendingly claimed that I have to verify it before he'd sell it (even though I REPEATEDLY stated I already did), which he even tried to gaslight me by giving a completely different part number. For the LKQ website, I'm only 15 minutes away, but it's only giving me the option to have it shipped to me online for $27 shipping and I have to wait for it to arrive in the mail, when it's not even $3 in gas and I'm free today.

Poor customer service, shifting quotes and lack of communication rates this business 1 star or lower. I would take my business elsewhere

This guys was the most ignorant individual I have ever seen. My wife had the truck running outside and showed him that the repair wasn't done and when I came in he told me he never went outside to look at it. Second time! David, you need to learn how to honor your work but don't worry Nick is the same way which proves that Peterson does not honor their repairs. Long story short. Took my truck to them and it took months of battling them. From a basic repair they added so many things to the bill that insurance finally told them NO,. David was told from day one not to do anything that insurance wouldn't cover and guess what he did? He added and kept adding eventually they had to release my truck. We never paid them anything extra and we told insurance that we told him multiple times that we will only pay what the insurance was paying for and not a penny more. They broke a part that it took weeks to replace and my truck set in their parking lot. David never cared to apologize but said they damaged it working on it. Every shop provides warranty on their work and this guy David was talked to multiple times about the issue before and just recently when we try calling him again! He said why didn't you bring it in right a way but we did call him. This guy takes days and weeks to respond. I am letting it go but I will never ever, ever let you work on anything of mine.

    I was in contact with them about a 2013 F-150 and was told there was nothing wrong with the truck…read moreand was provided the auto check report, which did not say much. I drove an hour and a half to look at it, upon inspection it was very clear the truck had lots of shoddy body work with Bondo and had been repainted poorly. The bed has paneling that was cut out and had pieces welded in place to replace the cut paneling then bondoed and repainted. None of this was mentioned in speaking with the salesperson, have they said any of this I would not wasted my time going to look. I found some things that I wanted looked at and fixed (used is not new:) and without question Jaime gave me his word it would be done and it was. I had a unique issue with the vehicle shortly after my purchase (no one's fault) that needed fixed and with no problem at all Misty got me in a vehicle till mine could be fixed by Jim. I had been kept in touch by both of them while my car was being fixed and Jim was the only one who figured out what was finally wrong with it (great mechanic) and had it fixed in a week. I have had nothing but great customer service with every interaction and I will absolutely continue business with them in the future. Thank you Jaime for working with me till I made up my mind lol.
