I found the last pair of boots in this size i was looking for but they were in terrible condition--scuffed and beat up to the point that they looked like a return. I asked if there were any others in the back. The associate checked and confirmed this was the only pair. She kindly offered to use a product to clean one boot, which improved its appearance. I thanked her and asked if she could do the same for the other boot. At that point, what I assume was the store manager turned around and said, "Ma'am, it's just a demonstration. We sell the product, and we're only supposed to do one boot." I explained that I wasn't asking for a discount or a freebie--I simply wanted to purchase boots that looked new. Her response? "We sell the product, and we're only supposed to do one shoe." I was stunned. I told her she was missing the point: the boots looked worn, and I was asking for a quick cleanup so they looked like a new item. She refused. I walked out, deciding not to spend my money with people who clearly didn't want the sale. Later, because my brother really wanted those boots and time was short, I went back to buy them. Ironically, when I returned, the boots had been cleaned up and looked much better both pairs --exactly what I had asked for earlier. So, the store lost the sale initially because the manager refused to provide basic customer service. I cannot understand why it was such a big deal to clean both boots for a paying customer. I wasn't asking for a discount or special treatment--just a product that looked new. Instead, I was met with attitude and inflexibility. This experience was disrespectful and showed a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. The only reason I completed the purchase was because it was the only store with that size and style, and my brother insisted. Otherwise, I would have gladly driven an hour to another location or ordered online. Moving forward, I will never shop at that store again. This store needs serious training--especially the manager--to understand that the goal is to maximize sales and treat customers with respect, not to flex authority at the expense of service.

I got a $1600 whirlpool side by side fridge with installation and delivery for under $700! It had a minor dent on the side that doesn't affect the overall look or quality. Most of the items come with the original manufacturers warranty but Lowe's offer additional 3 or 5 year warranty starting at $85 ( depending on price of unit purchase). They also have a 48 hour no questions asked return window for appliances purchased/delivered from this location. They sell more than han just appliances, they have indoor and outdoor furnishings also. Basically anything but plants ... They do have different hours and terms that vary from the traditional store but with these prices, I say that it makes up for it! I recommend looking here for your needs before you make a purchase elsewhere, it really was worth the drive to check it out! This last time I went Mikayla assisted me and she was fantastic. She helped me find the perfect sizes (even though the fitting rooms were closed). She knew exactly how to fit me without me having to try on items. I will definitely be back.

I ended up coming to this store and let's just say I was HIGHLY AMAZED!! Aesthetically- this store is beautiful; well lit, clothes organized, mannequins well dressed, there was really nothing bad I could say about this store. I was greeted upon walking in, asked several times if I needed help - and it wasn't intrusive. Everyone was super helpful and the clothes were very stylish and trendy. The only one thing that I've noticed (especially since I've been to a few Nike factory stores in a few different states) is that the prices here at this store were a bit higher than other stores that I've been too. However, that could've very well been Georgia, the stores in NC were a little cheaper. There's a fitting room, a sitting section - to be honest this looks like a brand new store. Overall, everything about this store was 5 star - I would definitely go back!

True to a weekend trip to an outlet mall, this store was buzzing with traffic on a Sunday…read moreafternoon. I came in for children's shoes, and they were easy enough to find. However, there are fewer options on the shells, in traditional bright colors that you might expect for girls. Because I was paying close attention and circled the children's shoe area a few times, I realized that there was a pink and white shoe on the display wall in the children's section that was not on the shelves. I was able to find a staff member who radioed for someone working that section to come help me. The worker was able to get that shoe for me from the back, and it was an affordable price ($40). I was able to get in and out of the store in about 30 minutes, with a reasonable shoe option in hand.
