The owner, David, sits in his truck while his "workers" make it seem like they're doing work while in reality, they're making all of your problems worse. This company loves taking on jobs where the homeowner won't be around so that they can be questioned and can continue putting lipstick on a pig, get their check, and disappear before all of their "work" starts to fall apart. Oh, and don't dare even question any of their "work" since all you'll get is a bunch of crying and complaining before all work on your project slams to a halt under their feelings aren't hurt anymore. The new roof that David supposed has a roofing company come and replace had no warranty (any legitimate roofing company will have a warranty on a new roof) and now only a year later, the entire roof needs to be replaced. Not only that, but the shotty work that was done on the roof wasn't even close to being up to code and every company that has come to give an estimate to redo his work has been amazed that he is trying to pass it off as legitimate work. Please for the sake of your sanity, safety, and wallet, NEVER EVER EVER call this company for ANY work whatsoever. You can thank me later

He never used ladder to check our roof and a lot of things like in his video not sure if he checked roof. I told him next morning we were not satisfied with service want a second opinion he said, its ridiculous but just pay me for radon test never mentioned price I looked up price for Radon was $49.95 then i texted him I have a $100 for you he texted me address to his house handed him $100 He was hanging in drivers side window demanding $50 more and threatening to put a lean on house I told him let me go to the ATM to get $50 but I will need a detailed receipt of it. He got upset refused to get off my car door and was threatening me, I had to call the police I was scared for my life. He took advantage because we were first time home buyers and I went to meet him by myself. He could of got the 50 bucks but because he threatened me and upset me cops settled it with $100. He never went over everything with us told us we will get a report. I'm going to report him to BBB and it's a damn shame that a black man was out to bring a black family down. He condemned the house we didn't even buy yet. Were seeking another inspector Unfortunately!! Members we shouldn't get the damn house...I would recommend him for a dog house!! S&G did a home inspection for the buyers on a 70+ year old house priced below market. His report…read morewas full of inaccuracies. He said no GFI in House there was one in Bathroom. Stated roof was no good. It was 12 years old and had 10" of snow on it. He than wanted more money to come back and reinspect. Carpets and windows "FAIR". The carpets were 6 weeks old and had new Anderson insert windows just installed. He said he checked dishwasher. There was no dishwasher. He suggested a $650.00 septic inspection. There is a new septic being installed before the closing. He had issues with co and smoke detector. They were new and installed to code with a passing inspection by the town. His report went on and on and on. He found issues with everything. He did find issues with floor beams and moisture in the antic from condensation. which I'm have repaired. If you want to have issues getting your mortgage or home owners insurance, Than S&G is your the one to call. WAY TO NEGATIVE..........

We opted to have an all inclusive package centered around a home inspection, radon level test, oil tank sweep, termite assessment, mechanical inspection and lead based test sampling. It was a bit over the top but we were worried about potential issues. What Brandon provided was by far way more extensive with knowledgeable home owner information, structural foundation inspections and even understanding of HVAC units and their coolant needs.
