I was x-rayed and then Dr. Mann came in to review that and do some other sensitivity tests. He was thorough, informative, and I really felt like he cared about what was best for me. We were brand new to Towson in mid June and my wife's TMJ started acting up, bad. It was so bad…read morethat she couldn't work, she couldn't talk and if she needed to do either of these, she would immediately start crying. I called around to some local TMJ specialists and she was scheduled for appointments in August or November. That didn't help her now. Despite not having a TMJ specialist on staff, Valley Dental Health agreed to see her the same day I called. They took her in and gave her an exam. They wrote her a script to help deal with the pain and offered some people that she could follow up with for additional assistance. One of those people was able to see her within a day or two. While Valley Dental Health couldn't assist my wife with her specific issue, I appreciate how they brought her in and examined her in a timely manner, provided a temporary solution and offered some referrals that got her on the road to recovery.
