FANTASTIC office, doctors, and staff!…read more I have very severe, bone on bone osteoarthritis in my left hip and moderately severely osteoarthritis in my right hip. This condition has caused me to (barely) walk with a cane and sometimes I use a walker. I just had my 3rd appointment, stretched out over 2 years (I've been delaying treatment hoping my condition would get BETTER, but it's gotten much WORSE). On June 29, 2026 I had my latest appointment to discuss my options. First, "Mr. Bill" the expert xray tech was so very kind and patient helping me get onto the xray table and to move my legs into various positions for the xrays. Mr. Bill was very thorough and professional and he printed out hard copies of my xrays on glossy photographic paper! Also, he emailed me the images so I can send them to other doctors to soon get treated with "shockwave therapy." Also, at this appointment, TERRIFIC "Michael" (office manager and himself very knowledgeable about treating my type of condition), came into my treatment room with the 5 glossy printed photos of my xrays and had prepared the shockwave treatment prescription in advance, per our phone call. Michael is absolutely AMAZING in his depth of knowledge and he patiently answered a LOT of questions I had. I am very grateful for the intelligent suggestions and treatment advice he gave me. And, after all this wonderful attention from office staff, then the MAGNIFICIENT Dr Daniel Flores, M.D. orthopedic doctor came into my treatment room. He is so very compassionate and sincerely interested in helping to improve my condition. He gave both of my hips a very thorough examination. He also (at my request) wrote me a prescription for an over-the-counter combination of boswellia supplement and celery seed extract supplement that a PubMed clinical study has shown to relieve the pain and stiffness of osteoarthritis. Even though these is an "over-the-counter" Amazon purchases, Dr. Flores took the time to use his smartphone to check on the dosage/ strength I needed and wrote that into the prescription. Now THAT is extraordinary caring! NO rush at all during my time at the office. Mr. Bill ... Michael ... and Dr. Flores were incredibly patient, understanding, and genuinely concerned about my well-being. So a BIG HEARTFELT ... THANK YOU!

I was previously a patient at this office for my injured knee. I have nothing against Dr. Feder or…read morehis assistant; they were both professional. However, I had an extremely disturbing experience during two separate X-ray examinations performed by the same staff member. During both exams, the staff member touched my inner thigh several times while telling me to "move to the left" or "move to the right." He never explained why touching such a sensitive area was necessary or asked for my consent. Since he was already giving me verbal directions, I could have repositioned myself without being touched. The contact happened quickly, and he acted as though it were completely normal, which left me feeling confused, violated, and too ashamed to speak up at the time. After discussing my experience with a physical therapist at LMU who had previously worked at this office, she confirmed this X ray stuff has being doing this decades in this office. I became even more concerned and ultimately decided to report what happened. I went to the office and spoke with the manager, hoping that my complaint would be taken seriously and properly investigated. Instead, she told me that this type of contact was normal and that the technician needed to touch patients to position them for an X-ray. I strongly disagree. If I needed to change my position, the technician could have clearly instructed me to move, or explained why physical assistance was necessary and obtained my consent before touching such a sensitive area. No patient should be made to feel uncomfortable, ashamed, or violated during a medical examination. I am deeply disappointed that the manager appeared to dismiss and justify what happened instead of documenting and investigating my complaint. I am sharing my experience because patients deserve clear communication, appropriate professional boundaries, and consent before being touched. I sincerely hope the office takes this matter seriously, investigates the employee's conduct, and ensures that no other patient has a similar experience.

I also like how his crew are well informed and on top of it from the receptionist to the nurses assistance if you have an appointment, they see you on time and take care of you ASAP the waiting room before you go in to get your procedure done is pretty cold so good thing that they give blankets now everything besides that is pretty smooth you're In-N-Out in an hour or so.

From the very first visit, I felt heard and truly understood, which is something I haven't experienced with other specialists. What sets Dr. Robinson apart is his genuine commitment to finding the right solution for me, not just masking the symptoms. He is incredibly knowledgeable about a wide range of treatment options, from innovative therapies to established methods, and he takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, ensuring l am comfortable and confident in the chosen path. My quality of life has improved dramatically. I'm much more active and I look forward to the fun things in life. I've even taken up pickleball. Also, the atmosphere in the medical center is consistently welcoming and supportive. The entire team, from the front desk staff to the nurses and the doctors, treats me with kindness and respect. It really makes a difference when you're dealing with chronic issues. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Dr. Robinson to anyone struggling with pain. He is an exceptional physician and a genuinely caring person.

For some reason, my original orthopedic hospital referred me to Dr. Parsa, and unfortunately, my…read moreexperience was very disappointing. I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment time, and several other patients in the waiting room were also complaining about the long wait. It seemed like the office was consistently overbooked. When I was finally called back, it became clear that my MRI had not been reviewed beforehand. I had recently torn my ACL and had a lot of questions because I didn't understand the process, the surgery, or what the next steps would be. When Dr. Parsa came in, she seemed irritated by my questions, was very abrupt, and barely explained the procedure. The appointment felt extremely rushed, and she was in the room for maybe five minutes before leaving. I assumed the appointment was over and started walking out. As I passed her in the hallway, she was looking at my MRI on a computer and called out, "Oh yes, I see you tore your meniscus too." I was honestly shocked that this was being mentioned to me casually in the hallway as I was leaving instead of being discussed with me during my appointment. I walked out feeling completely confused about my diagnosis and what I was supposed to do next. I ultimately switched surgeons and went to the Center for Advanced Orthopedics in Lakewood, and the difference in care has been night and day. My new doctor reviewed my MRI beforehand, took the time to explain my injuries and treatment plan, answered my questions, and I've been seen on time for my appointments. When you're dealing with something as stressful as an ACL and meniscus injury, you want a doctor who makes you feel informed and comfortable with the process. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

Two years later my knee is in worse shape and I have more pain than I did before she operated. In hindsight, I wish I would have gotten another opinion or asked more questions. Dr. Parsa was supposed to simply trim a torn meniscus that was giving me discomfort. Instead, she removed most of the cartilage leaving me with more pain than I had before. I found Dr. Parsa to be friendly but impatient and I felt like I was rushed through post opp appointments. She continued to tell me to be patient with my recovery, and offered few solutions. I ultimately got a second opinion from another surgeon who told me the surgery I had left me with no real options other than to change my lifestyle. Dr. Parsa may be a wonderful surgeon and great option for you, but make sure you discuss every option with her before you operate, as I feel like she made decisions without discussing with me which has left me worse off and very frustrated with the result.
