They quoted me $9,500 for removing and replacing the broken tiles. Two of them worked for less than 6 hours, used a single roll of the cheapest peel and stick roofing material you can buy (supposedly put over a "snow shield" which is just a thin sheet of metal from what I can tell). When I asked for an itemized list of labor and materials they told me that they have to pay $77K a year for a special license to work on asbestos tiles and that they really needed the check ASAP for payroll. I looked it up after the fact and there is no license that cost that much! I deeply regret paying them.

After they were paid they never came back to complete the job. They took the money and ran. Now 3 years later, we have a leaky roof (10 year warranty on receipt) and we have tried contacting Sindoni's several times ending in him being snide and telling us to "take him to court". So we called Morrisons and at first was responsive but after telling us they would send someone over and never did, they are now all ignoring our calls. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Both Sindoni's Contracing and Morrison's!!!! DISHONEST and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

The fence is solid, it looks good, and when we discovered an issue with the gate, he had someone out to repair it the next day no extra charge. I think gutters and fences are his primary thing, but he subcontracts for electrical and plumbing and both of those guys were great too. We've had them replace a fused lightswitch and reseat two toilets. Easy to work with. Edit: I live in Painted Post.
