One requires a partial teddy bear cut for health reasons, and the other has a more traditional Pom cut. From the moment I arrived, the experience felt different in the best way. There were at least three staff members involved in welcoming me, and someone even opened the door for me, which may sound small, but when you're carrying two Pomeranians, it's huge. No one ever does that. I was able to do a 12:00 PM drop-off, which is so much easier on both me and my dogs than the typical 7:00 AM drop-off. That alone was a big win. They were finished by 3:30, and I received a text when they were ready. Every single dog walking out of the salon looked proud, happy, and beautiful, and my dogs were no exception. They look fantastic. One of my little Poms does appear to have had some coat damage from excessive clipping in the past, but the staff took the time to make detailed notes about her coat and clearly explained how we can improve it over the next few grooming sessions. That level of thoughtfulness and long-term care really impressed me. The staff was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about my dogs as individuals. I would highly recommend Cici's Pet Parlor, especially if you're looking for a groomer who understands both dogs and their humans.

Patti always did a great job and I felt comfortable knowing my dog was in her hands. Tito is a Golden Doodle. He has all the characteristics that Doodles have including a tail that stands upright and has long beautiful fur. Before I dropped him off, I received an email stating that Patti would be grooming him as usual. When I picked him up after grooming, I found out Patti had someone else do it instead. I was then told they messed up his tail, but I'd receive a nominal discount. I took one look and was completely sick to my stomach. I was not about to pay a cent knowing he'd look like this for at least 6 months. I have not heard from the owner or anyone else representing the shop to discuss what happened. I am putting my review here to let others know so their fur babies don't come here. My dog Yuki came out of his groom with part of his nose shaved off (See attached pictures). I noticed that his nose was extra shiny when I picked him up like they tried to cover their accident up with ointment. We didn't think too much about it as his nose was still black. However, over the next few days, whatever they put on him wore off & you can very clearly see the deep cut on his nose as it turned very pink like the raw skin was exposed. When I reached out to the business to ask about what happened, rather than owning up to their mistake and being transparent on what happened, the owner recommended that we visit our vet because she claims the cut looked like cancer OR that he may have cut it coming out of the kennel. CANCER OR KENNEL?! First off, this cut mysteriously appeared right after his grooming appointment and what kind of kennel has sharp edges for his nose to be cut THIS deep??! The least she could have done was own up to their mistake and apologize but we received excuse after excuse so now we have to resort to a negative review to warn other people out there not to bring their fur babies to this business.

I have always had long haired dogs and in my experience, most people don't know how to properly groom them (I learned this the hard way when my dog wound up with a mullet). Debby has been breeding and showing lhasa apsos for decades, so her years of experience really show in the quality of her work. She has gone above and beyond for me more times than I can count, from trying to teach me how to groom my own dog (who stubbornly refuses to let anybody touch him) to calling me the moment my skittish dog is finished. I recently adopted a new puppy, and she scheduled a day for me to bring him by when she could spend time playing with him and giving him treats in order to get him accustomed to being groomed. She is a dog lover through and through, and she makes my dogs look like movie stars and smell like flowers.
