This company came I almost 3 times higher than anyone I've used in 15 years! Yes I make sure they are licensed and insured before they do work. Even after the completion of the job, I personally spoke to Alvaro, and let me tell you, he went above and beyond for our community. When we hired Fiddler we were not specific on our exact needs. After I called and spoke to Alvaro, he offered me a solution that would make the entire community happy. When I company is there to help it makes so many things easier. This is an update to my original review of 9 months ago. They did my roof less then a year ago (9…read moremonths) and it was really bad again, so I called them back and asked about their one-year warranty and they said "Oh we don't warranty white roofs". But nowhere on any of their paperwork or their website does it say that - It clearly only states 'One-year warranty on all roofs'. When I asked him for a price to re-do it, he more than doubled his price and blamed it on his costs going up....really double???? I hired a different company and they did a way better job than Jones and their price was $200 less than Jones' original price last year and $800 less than the current price that Jones quoted. Stay away from Jones unless you want to get ripped off!! I would give them 0 stars if I could.
