Any way they tell me what I needed to redeem the car and I BRUNG EVERYTHING. The payment went from 652 to $1980 and I bring 2k to get my car and they still refused to release it. They didn't get me any paperwork stating why they won't be releasing the car back to me or how I violated the contract IF I DID. Instead when I showed to redeem the car they gave me an offer I couldn't refuse which was The bargaining of my personal belongings left in the car for a Charge of $250 . The absolute worst company in the whole world! After telling them my head is blown in the motor they told me I had to pay $100 to leave the car then whatever is wrong with the car I have to pay out of pocket for. The manager or whoever she was told me to bring the car in tomorrow and pay $10 and they'll fix it. OK cool. But instead they came and stole my car my neighbor tried to stop them and they still pulled off with it. Went up there to ask them why they took the car and if I could get my kids instruments,my driver license and other importance they told me I had to pay $250 on top of a $800 tow fee and $9000 for the car. This place is a total scam, I'm going to court against them now because they're trying to make me pay the car off instead of paying my monthly bill as stated in their contract, on top of other charges that Ive never heard of. Do your homework on this place, they do not have any type of professionalism when it comes to customer service. The owner is very very very money hungry & will not work with on any late payments, they will repo the vehicle & create extra fees & tell you that the car has to be paid in full instead the payments you've missed with late fees.... My car was stolen, they told me not to make a police Report, they ran to pick it up without my consent and now they won't give me the car back unless i pay a $950 recovery fee. I have never been late or missed any payments. They keep throwing extra fees which are not in the contract they make up fees like a $200 "storage" fee that's not in the contract. I'm literally upset with myself for not checking their reviews before having my son buy a truck here. I asked if they put gas in the truck that we just purchase. They told us that we get it with whatever gas is in it. The truck was on "E"!!! We spent over 20K on a vehicle and they wouldn't even put $20 in it for my son's first vehicle purchase!!! The (extremely overweight) woman that works the counter/ manager has a nice/nasty disposition. DISCLAIMER....Her weight doesn't matter I am just describing her. She isn't the only woman that works there. I want to be specific about which person I am referring to. I am not body shaming her because I too could stand to lose weight. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE! They sold my 19 year old daughter a car (her first car) with no working odometer. They claimed that was the only thing wrong with the car. Two days later the water pump went out and the timing belt went out. These scammers offered to cover some of the cost - after inflating the price - to have their mechanic fix it. I reluctantly agreed. Weeks later we hadn't heard from the them after. We called to ask how much longer for the car to be fixed. We were told they not got the ok to work on the car which was a complete lie. Then they said their mechanic has COVID so they can't fix it and to come get the car. They tried to charge us storage fees for leaving the car there for them to fix. On the work order they wrote "customer refused service".
