!!!!!CAUTION!!!!!! I drove 4hrs one way for the price to jump on me from what they agreed to severalthousand, but thats not even my chief complaint. I was assured the vehicle was Completely gone throughout and mechanical Good . I get there after a 4 hour drive to find the truck leaking oil and covered underneath. They say sorry and brought it in the shop. I showed their mechanic and he agreed pan and seals $4-5k repair. I told them I was not happy about being lied to and was assured the truck was an accident and slipped through. I leave and not even 40 min later after leaving that truck was back out front for sale just Completely cleaned off underneath. I go back and called them out and asked why it was for sale after knowing its going to need $4-5k in repairs needed. I Get told to make it right they will take $500 of for me and then I should buy the truck and wait 30 days or so and make a warranty claim (mind you the warranty is $5k) mind you its a pre existing issue not new. Which you can get in trouble for fraud by doing so. But they will walk you through it as they tried to do for me. THIS PLACE IS COMPLETELY BS. Seriously bad experience, purchased a vehicle, transmission died within a couple months and was covered under warranty. A month later and the engine died and they won't cover it because the car ran out of oil... except we had regular oil changes and an oil change receipt just 6 days before. They never contact you and they give zero visibility to where they are at. They are tremendously unhelpful and unsympathetic to any situation. This was a junk car purchased. Also was a huge red flag when I purchased the vehicle and the inside mirrors were shattered and they said they would order new ones... 7 months later don't even have mirrors. I would avoid this place. Who knows what you are getting and once you leave the lot you are SOL even if you get a warranty. Editing to add this company has done nothing to help they held the vehicle for over 30 days saying they were working with the banks. Daily we reached out with no response. Finally we decided to get the vehicle towed back and give up on twin. They returned the vehicle with a bunch of parts from the engine tossed in the trunk. We never agreed to any work. Sold a fraudulent title on a 2016 GMC pickup. As if that isn't bad enough, then wouldn't send the title to the lienholder the loan was taken out with. The dealership wouldn't work with us on the vehicle even after we showed them we have proof title is fraudulent. But we can't sell the vehicle either until the lienholder has the title. Sold me a car that was unreliable broke down on me in 4 days I couldn't believe it very money hungry

The purchase experience of the 2018 Tahoe was smooth. I received the Tahoe on Dec 26th , oh but the vehicle they sold me, they stated that it went through a multi-point inspection. Well January 1st, 4 days after I received the truck, the transmission stopped shifting gears. The vehicle was scanned and the codes that came up, revealed that they lied. There was never a multipoint inspection performed on the vehicle. The extended warranty paid for a new transmission. I was without a car for 3 weeks. I've only drove the car for 400 miles. Today the coolant system failed, and of course the warranty service wont cover that repair so now I'm out of pocket 1100.00. They can't offer any assistance. Once again I called the dealer to speak with someone in upper management and the salesman told me, his job is to sale cars. They don't care what they sell, they just sell trashed vehicles to the urban community. If I were you, save yourself the money and just catch an uber, that way you wont have the responsibility of paying a car note for a vehicle that has too many issues while at the same time having the responsibility of getting back and forth to where you have to go. read more

They never fixed my vehicle. The mechanic is a racist & is very unprofessional! When I took my vehicle to go get checked! He didn't even bother to check it. He was suppose to fix my scratch and did an awful job. Instead of fixing it and buffing out the scratch. He made it even worse. All he did was turn it on, and said nothing was wrong with my Jeep. AL Saad & I agreed to have my own Mechanic fix my Vehicle because I have a recording of his mechanic going off on me saying racial slurs! On Saturday October 29, 2022 I purchased a 2019 Jeep Compass from Twins Auto sales. I put $1500 down and traded in my 2015 Hyundai Sonata which was a car that was still running. The very next day October 30, 2022, I attempted to start the Jeep and it wouldn't start. I called AAA for a boost and the car still could not be started after AAA checked the battery. So, I had it towed back to Twins Auto on Sunday October 30th, and I called them on Monday October 31 to let them know it would not start. They had their mechanics check it and they couldn't find a problem, so they had it sent to a Chrysler Jeep dealership in Taylor, MI. The dealership kept it from Monday 10/31/22 to Thursday 11/3/22 and claimed they fixed the coil pack which they said was causing the jeep not to start. I picked up the vehicle from Twins on Friday 11/4/22, drove it home. On Saturday evening, 11/5/22, I attempted to start the jeep and it would not start again. I called Twins and left them a voicemail. The salesman Alex Bazzi claimed that the he would have the jeep towed to Twins dealership on 11/7/22, but he never sent the tow truck. On 11/8/22, I attempted to start the Jeep, it would not start, so I made and sent a video to Alex Bazzi asking him why he didn't send the tow truck and proving to him the the truck would not start. I spoke with the finance company Capital One on 11/8/22 and informed them of the situation. Capital One suggested that I ask the dealer for a trade in, which I did on 11/8/22. I spoke with the sales manager Allen who stated that a trade in may not be possible due to a submitted registration(?). I am out of $1500 and a car, also making it hard for me to get to work and take care of my family. They are crooks! I have to try and get out of this effed up contract, they are pieces of shyte. I bought a car from them in September of this a Dodge Journey 2012, The day I drove the car home it stopped on me. I had to pay to get the car towed to them and they fixed the car. Then 2 months later the car was running hot. I took the car to another shop and I had to pay 400.00 out of MY pocket to get a new thermostat housing!! Just 2 months after I bought this car, I did have a warranty which didn't cover the housing!! Then 2 weeks later the engine light came on and the car was still running hot. I took the car back to the shop and they told me the head was bad on the car. So clearly the head was bad when I bought the car. the shop made me wait without my car or a rental (because they had to approve the head wasn't my fault) for at least 5 days!! I had to pay 312.00 out of my pocket to get a rental during this time!! Then when the head was approved to be fixed they stuck me with a 400.00 bill to get the head sent out and resurfaced!! I called Twins to see if they could cover the 400.00 and they said no, even though I have just put about 1000 to 1500 miles on this car. I didn't appreciate how I was treated by these guys and I would never ever EVER shop with Twins again!! I see a lot of reviews of this place are bad. AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COST!! I was a out of state buyer. I trusted this dealer to be trustworthy and reliable and they completely screwed me on the vehicle I purchased. Al told me there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and that it was checked out by their mechanic bumper to bumper with everything functional. He said it was a certified class A Luxury vehicle and I would not be disappointed. I seen the pictures from the ad and it listed all the functional operations on the vehicle. So I purchased the vehicle and paid $1200 to ship it to where I live. When I got the vehicle right away the suspension service light came on, the rear backup camera wasn't working, the DVD player wasn't working, the a/c wasn't working, the 3rd row seat wasn't working, they sent me the navigation box with no CD in it, the driver door was off track, their was an enormous amount of corrosion under the vehicle, paint was chipped with rust forming, and the car makes noises while driving it. I called them right away to return the vehicle and Abe, Hass, and Al told me it's my problem now. Don't trust these guys! Drove an hour from where I live to this lot to see about a car I was interested in and was told that they could work with me to get me in the car I wanted and even said they would pay my current car off and take a down payment and all I had to do was give them my payoff price for my car but my credit union was closed the day I went so I called the next with the price and they said they could work with that and they will give me a call back the next so I waited and waited never got a call so I called and Moe just kept telling all week long that he was gone call me back but never did so I just gave up .. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a car dealership. The salesman who originally was showing me the car was great, but once he got busy he had me work with another guy. He was rude, rushing me to sign paperwork without allowing me proper time to read it and made me feel uncomfortable. The day of purchase they didn't wash the car, clean the inside, fill up the gas or anything. Then, he was mad and wanting to argue because I wanted my car to be presented to me like new. I had to ask the car washer to clean the outside for me myself after waiting 3 hours to complete the whole purchase. I got my car 10 days ago, 2 days after I left the lot I have a messed up caliper, bad break pads and rotors. Mind you I test drove the car and everything and didn't have any issues. But within 2 days I've had all of those things go wrong. Now I had to purchase all the parts ($200) and pay $100 deductible for the service because they won't provide you with any service even after selling you a messed up vehicle. They don't give you a rental car while doing the service or provide a ride home which is very inconvenient and inconsiderate. The communication is horrible as well as the customer service and I will never make a purchase here again. read more
