They then said it might be the button, so I had that repaired too. Once again, the problem started as soon as I got home. They did try to make it right, and I appreciated their efforts and patience, but after multiple visits with no lasting fix, I decided to take my iPad elsewhere. It was repaired at another location for only $75--including both the screen and button--and I've had zero issues since. For how expensive this place was, I expected better quality. After all was said and done I was given a 2015 MacBook Air (which is IDENTICAL to the 2013 that I traded him to begin with) despite the fact that I was promised a newer model..
