I have been shopping at this store for years got all my electronics here my tv stereo air…read moreconditioner etc and never had any issues everything still works great and would give a 5 star any day untill today now I don't think I'll ever spend another dollar in that store I don't care how good the deals are. I needed a new fan and wasn't able to get to the store before the heat wave came through so I tried the order online and pick up in store got an email that my fan was ready to be picked up so I go to the back counter waited 10-15 minuets to talk to someone as they were trying to find another customers reciept that they lost and kept accusing the customer of losing it the one staff member even told the guy he remembered crumpling the reciept into a ball and giving it back to the customer (real professional) anyways they now get to me and the guy asked if I had any photo I'd (I lost my wallet and have no id right now) he tells me very rudely that it states so right in the email and argued with me about it for at least 10 minuets so I pulled out my phone and showed them my email no where did it say anything about photo I'd in any of the emails or the order info on the factory direct website so the manager comes in and says because I had the emails and debit transaction I would be ok to pick it up so I wait about another 10 minuets to be told they didn't have it I was about ready to snap as I live in Tecumseh and had taken a cab $40 each way so I wasted $80 coming into the store for nothing and was told I had to wait till Thursday after the next shipment came in so now I have to waste another $80 to pick this thing up and at the end of all this I will have spent $227 on a damn fan, something needs to be done about this because it's not fair to treat your customers like this especially with this weather we have been having I'm not impressed and don't think I'll spend another dollar here ever...

After spending weeks and over 12+ hours on hold, I still have yet got anywhere with this issue. I purchased a phone from them, and while setting it up, it froze/locked out my phone number and was defective, I pay $2,000 for this device, and asked for a refund, since I ordered it online, they wanted me to ship it back via canada post, which I did not want to do because of the strike, but they gave me no choice, now the phone is sitting in a warehouse well my money is not being released and is tied up. For BestBuy to only keep telling me I will need to wait. This is outlandish, I have evidence showing the device is defective, The package was scanned, and I have a receipt showing I shipped it back, yet BestBuy will do nothing and every person I spoke too has been unprofessional and useless. I have asked to speak to a manager or supervisor multiple times, only to be told they will have one call. That has yet to happen.
