So we made an appt for May 16th to go get the oil changed and the tire put on. We dropped the bike off the evening of May 15th and at drop off was told the tire should be there the May 16th or the following day Friday. Made a call Friday to see if it was in, they said no it would be in Monday or tuesday. Called again this past Monday the 20th and the tire still hadn't come but looked it up and said it would be here today Thursday and if I got there early enough we would have the bike back. Well here we are and the tire came, but it's the front tire!!! They ordered the wrong tire I'm thinking they didn't even order the original one now. So now we're going ahead and getting the front put on cause we were going to in a few weeks anyways but then we had to go ahead and get the other tire now since they ordered the wrong tire. And now we don't have a bike for a holiday weekend and it'll be delayed because of the holiday. EDIT TO ADD Now the tire is there. Has been there for 2 days and of course the only mechanic they have hasn't been in on the the only 3 days he works. This place is a frickin joke. This warranty was confirmed by my warranty company, which originally paid for the repair. Despite this, I was later charged approximately $450 in labor for work that should have been covered. The pricing throughout this process was inconsistent and unclear. I was initially quoted around $450, then later told approximately $1,600 over the phone, and ultimately charged $1,794.40. At one point, I was told that the cost to tear the car apart was "about $350 + tax," yet the final invoice shows $925 in labor, including a $450 "complex labor" charge. These numbers do not add up and were never clearly explained. The shop claimed my axles were "gaulted" or had "welded themselves" to the differential, requiring replacement. However, I was never given a clear or consistent explanation of what actually caused this or why it justified the additional charges. Even my warranty company attempted to get clarification and was unable to receive a clear answer. I was also told that no further work would be done unless I agreed to the charges, which left me in a position where I felt pressured to approve repairs without a full understanding of the total cost. When I asked questions, communication became unprofessional. I was called a "terrible customer," told I was being petty, and had calls ended on me. The owner was rude and dismissive during this process. After retrieving my vehicle, I discovered an issue in the fuse box area that was not present before service and is now causing electrical problems. This has added further concern about the condition in which my vehicle was returned. This experience was marked by inconsistent pricing, unclear labor charges, poor communication, and a lack of transparency. The car only need about $5000 worth of work and a spoiler added to the rear trunk. I told Josh to take his time and there was no time limit to get the car back. I returned back to my duty location in Fort Bliss, Texas in El Paso, Texas. It took him 9 months to fix what would take just 4 days to fix. I had to check in with this con artist at least 3 times a month to see where he was at. Each time he would say he is waiting on the parts to come in and he would start on it. So I grew tired of his excuses and I helped to expedite the situation. I bought the parts straight from the dealer to help him when I was in Dayton. I spent money straight out of my pocket so he wouldn't have to have any more excuses. Finally after 4 months and a surprise visit he started on the car. Needless to say he had already installed the after market rear spoiler and it was hideous and atrocious. There was paint runs everywhere and mixed paints. I was livid and he promised to correct them. It would be another 2 months before I could return back to Dayton and still the car wasn't done. The excuse this time was that he was waiting on a radiator to come in. Finally after 8 months I flew in and visited him with yet another surprise I told him to finish up and I was taking the car to the dealership and have it finished out of pocket. He was a little shocked and begged to finish the car. So out of stupidity on my behalf I let him keep the car and I would pick it up in 30 days finished. On the 30th day, I arrived to pick up the car and it was completed but the car looked like it had been completed by a high school teenager. There was over spraying on the engine, even inside of the car which pissed me off beyond words and to top it off the radiator was missing the cap. After all that this clown had the audacity to ask for $2200 for the lousy work he did. I was pissed and paid it and after 30 minutes of walking out of the office I cancelled it through my bank. I then had the car transported to local Nissan dealership. After a day the service manager called me and he laughed because the body shop had never seen such work so shoddy. But here is the highlight of the review. After I took the car to the dealership, they found something in the trunk of the car. They found a bag of marijuana and called the police because of it. Fortunately for me I had never touched the car and they traced the fingerprints back to one of the workers from Josh's auto body that was later fired I assume. Either way I almost lost my car over these worthless clowns and I had to was lucky for the court to throw this out because of my military career. The moral of the story is DO NOT take your car here. If you value your life, money, sanity, and your morals do not take your car here. You will get taken and worse you might lose your car. This guy does business with a lot of drug dealers and they keep him in business. Go somewhere else.
