We brought in our leather ottoman for a simple repair back in late March 2025. They gave us an estimate of 8 to 10 weeks. It is now October 11th, and the most they've managed to do is strip it down to the frame, toss the leather into a heap of scraps, and let it sit there untouched for over a month. Each time I followed up, I was given the same tired line: "It'll be ready next week." That line came from the owner's husband, who apparently does the actual repairs. Spoiler alert: a week would pass, I'd stop by, and nothing--literally nothing--had changed. Rinse and repeat this frustrating cycle for months. To make matters worse, when I finally called to get a straight answer, the owner was rude and dismissive, as if I was inconveniencing them by checking in on the ottoman they've held hostage for over half a year. Excuses included everything from "my guy's out" to "my guy quit," but at a certain point, it stops being bad luck and becomes just plain bad business. If you're considering this place, consider this instead: your furniture might never get repaired, and you'll be met with broken promises, disrespect, and months of wasted time. Find a professional who values your business--because Coles clearly doesn't.

Excellent communication - response within a day of my inquiry and an appointment set within two days, including an onsite estimate. The estimate even included pickup and delivery, which was a nice perk. The estimate showed that I actually needed less work done than I'd planned for. Unexpected but also nice to see. The lead time between estimate and pickup was about three weeks, but it wasn't a "must be done NOW" project and that time passed pretty quickly. Once the cushions actually got picked up, they were restuffed and delivered within two days. Price was very reasonable and definitely competitive with other vendors.
