When I pulled up I had a hard time finding anywhere to park because the lot was so crowded, but it was no big deal at first. I went in and told a man about the appointment I had made (2 days in advance mind you) and he told me with an attitude that it would be at least a few hours because they had no room in the garage. I said okay, thinking I really didn't have time because of work but whatever (hence making an appointment). Now I usually am pretty understanding but this is where it got ridiculous. The woman behind me in line (she also parked directly behind my car so I know I was there first) went to the desk and said she needed an oil change and something else done, no appointment. They took her keys no issue and one of the mechanics drove her car around. I was dumbfounded. Now maybe she was dropping the car off, but it didn't seem like it. It all felt incredibly wrong to me that she was taken care of no issue and I was met with a stupid look for questioning why I couldn't get in at my scheduled time. Beyond all of that, it took me about 10 minutes to leave because of cars parked behind me and having to slowly maneuver around a disorganized mess of cars. If you want friendly, organized service that sticks to their word, I would go somewhere else.

The service guy at the counter asked if I wanted a new air filter and wiper blades and quoted me a price range for both. I agreed as I needed both and he checked them off on his little tablet. I gave him my keys and he gave me a receipt tag and I left. 25 minutes later I got a text that my car was ready. Picked it up and wanted at the counter for 22 minutes before an attendant even showed up. Finally a 2nd guy showed up Im guessing after his lunch break. When they rang up my total it was only $52 so I knew then they just did the oil change and none of the other items that I requested. I was late for an appointment so couldn't stay and question it. An hour later I looked at my bill in detail and saw where the technician noted that the didn't replace the oil filter because they didn't have that model in house???!!! So they drained my oil, added 6 quarts with a dirty oil filter and charged me for a full oil change! I tried calling 4 times since then and the phone just rings. Ridiculous way to run a business.

The job is always finished in a lot less time than quoted. I feel comfortable that things were done right when I leave. I went into the store on February 12, and spoke to one of the service technicians regarding my…read morejeep. I had the tires rotated about three weeks ago and the very day after they were rotated I noticed a noise from the front end of the car, it sounded like it was coming from the tires. It was like a rattling type noise.. It only happens when my car hits a certain speed like on the interstate, which, I have to drive multiple times throughout the day. When I had looked up possible causes for this noise one of them was, if the tires had been rotated, but not properly placed back on that, could be the reason. Also, my vehicle has been pulling to the left. So, The technician says that he needs to drive my car to check this out, so I give him the keys thinking he'll drive the car down the road and back and then when he comes back, he'll put it up on the lift inside their garage, and look underneath of it to Make sure that the bolts have been placed properly. Make sure that the tires were properly balanced, and make sure everything was properly aligned. But, that's not what he did, he walks back into the store looks at me and says "so how long has that steering wheel been crooked" I responded "it hasn't been. There's nothing wrong with my steering wheel". Then he says How long has it been pulling to the left? I'm like, since the day after you did the rotation. Then he tells me that the source of the sound has to be the ball bearings, and that I need to take my car to a general mechanic and have them check it out. He Didn't spend one second actually looking at the tires or checking the bolts that hold the tire on. As I mentioned before, I'm on the interstate all throughout the day several days out of the week. If God literally forbidding something goes wrong with this vehicle, it's not just my life! And this is my only vehicle to get to and from my job! And I cannot just keep taking off work and come in there and have somebody dismiss my concerns. So once I got to work, I had to find an automotive repair shop that is open past 5 o'clock so I can go and have my vehicle evaluated for something that even the repair man, over the phone, stated, sounded very much like whoever rotated the tires did not put something on properly or didn't align or balance them. Fortunately, this repair shop also does tire repair and replacement and alignment. Ps. The link they sent me in response to my review. Goes to a website for you to join their fleet program. No customer service anywhere in sight.

The overheating was a difficult and time consuming issue to diagnose and get repaired, but the Service Manager Dave Duckson went above and beyond to diagnose and fix it. Dave was very professional, cared about us as customers and personally oversaw the repairs. Our X3 runs and drives like new and we will continue to buy from Voss BMW and have our vehicles serviced by them. Our advice to other customers is to be patient, trust the process and speak directly to Dave with any notable issues and he will resolve them for you.
