The crew showed up on-time a week later to start the work. The crew took three days to do most of the work since the chimney had water damage repairs that needed to be made. The change order was complete with pictures of the damage and a fair quote to finalize the work. Once the cap was made it took just another few hours to complete everything. The team arrived at 7:30 AM and worked until 5:00. At the end of each day, the work site was all cleaned up any trash was taken away. Overall, a good team to work with. While they were here, two neighbors got quotes and arranged for work to be done.

The exact verbiage from the contract is, "The Contractor is not liable for damage to hidden water, electrical, gas, and/or HVAC lines." However, in the photo sent of the damage, the HVAC line is clearly visible. When we pointed out that the line was clearly visible, they claimed they were still not responsible and would cover just $250 of the $2133, but only if we removed the 1-star Google review we had just left. After several attempts to get in touch with the contact on the contract and the business owner, we got no response.

Since then, we have discovered a couple other points of water intrusion from our 10 year old roof due to it being improperly installed prior to us buying the house. Gary came out to measure for a whole new roof within a couple days of us contacting him again, working around my husbands night shift schedule. The quote was fair, and they even discussed replacing some fixtures up there. We are scheduled for our replacement next week, and I'm sure it'll be a wonderful job!
