The project took 10 weeks to complete, after paying the deposit. During that waiting period, our family unexpectedly found a new home and ended up moving. Since permits/approvals had delayed the project and installation had not yet happened at the time, I reached out politely to ask whether there was any flexibility on our portion of the cost given the change in circumstances. I was not asking for free work or refusing payment -- I simply asked the question respectfully. Unfortunately, instead of receiving a professional explanation or even a simple "no," I was spoken to in a way that was extremely aggressive and personally insulting. I was talked over and criticized for several minutes for even asking. It was honestly surprising because I believed asking about options before installation was a reasonable customer question. Despite the interaction, we still honored the agreement and paid our final balance in full once the fence was completed. The fence itself turned out nicely, but customer service matters just as much as the final product. Delays happen. Saying no is okay. Speaking respectfully to customers should still be the standard. I highly recommend AVOIDING this company for any of your fencing needs.

This is the worst granite company that I have ever dealt with. They put two slabs in my house one…read morehad rounded edges. The other one has square edges. Nothing matched. When they did the template, I sat there for three hours while they did it not one person asked me anything to come to find out. They couldn't speak English, and they couldn't understand any English. When they put the granite on the backsplash, it doesn't match any of the veining and the customer service is NILL. A gentleman came out to look at what was wrong said he would be in touch and I never heard from him again I reached out to him through text with no answer. I saw all the A+ reviews for this company on Angie's List so I gave them a call. Todd answered the phone right away said he would come take a look at it for us. He was very pleasant and understanding especially considering how busy things are for them after the storm. I was pleasantly surprised when he arrived only an hour or so after my call. Talk about great service. He was very thorough and diagnosed and repaired quickly. I highly recommend them.

Some of the vertical 4x4 posts have huge cracks and quite a few of the horizontal 2x4 supports are sagging or twisting causing the whole fence line to have a wavy appearance when sighting down. Most of the pickets have knots, some of which are popping out, and many are splitting right down the middle.....so much for privacy! Lowest grade lumber and cheap hardware. The tiny nails they used are backing out all over the place. My double gate became nonfunctional two years in and had to have them reset as they were dragging the ground and had to replace the toy hardware that was originally installed. Paid over $6000.00 for approximately 216 feet of fence and the double gate. Complete garbage!!! Would not recommend unless you enjoy throwing your money away.
