Started having difficulty with my single garage door opener a couple months ago--no problem…read moreopening, but lots of starts and stops to get it closed, and it was getting worse. Parry's Garage Doors and Openers originally installed the system in 1991, so I called them for service--half expecting it could mean needing a replacement after 34 yrs! Technician arrived on time, checked it out, and phoned in to speak with one of the senior techs with the company since the younger service man hadn't even been born when my Genie opener had been originally installed at my location. Turned out one of the connector bolts had corroded a bit and just needed to be cleaned off. He did that and put a fresh coat of lubricant on the track, and it's purring like a kitten! Unfortunately, even the Genie brand no longer makes their garage door openers to last like they used to, but should my unit need a refresh sometime in the future, I won't hesitate to call Parry's again for service.

In total we had 8 screens replaced and are very happy. Quality of work was great and both installers Mike and Andrew were professional and courteous. Communication was not great, I had to follow up with them several times, but once I brought the issue up to the manager, they were good at following up and therefore, I am giving them a 5 star rating and recommend to anyone looking to have their screens replaced. I will use them again. My only complaint, and maybe something for them to improve on, is that when you call the number on the website and the one linked on their Yelp profile no one answer the phone with the company name, they simply answer with "hello" so at first, you think you have the wrong number and want to hang up.

Todd texted me this morning with an arrival time with a 10 minute window. He then texted me when he was on his way. And he arrived on time. Todd was extremely professional, very nice and focused on getting the job done. He replaced the spring, discussed with me the condition of the door, and then lubricated all of the guide wheels. I was impressed with Todd's work, but more importantly, I was extremely impressed with Todd's desire to keep my up to date on the progress, from the minute he received the job order to completion. And the price of repair was incredibly fair. Subbed out the work to two unknown gentlemen without credentials who stole electricity from the neighbors house. Which was a huge deal to the neighbor. Still waiting for the completion still waiting for an invoice. 8600 dollars for 200' of fence. They didn't clean up the concrete spill over or the limbs they cleared out of the way. He claims there is a contract but won't provide a copy of it. If you want to gamble with your hard earned money then good luck but I recommend you stay clear.

He wanted to get the job paid fully before inspection which isn't a completed job if it hasn't been approved. Tyler keeps talking about a contract signed that he hasn't been able to reproduce. Tyler has bully this elderly man and his son for payment, but still no inspection. The inspection wasn't even needed but Tyler didn't even know this because he never tried to get an inspection that he said it was needed.

Whatever work we wanted, he was willing to do. My parents and I are so happy we had the whole porch repaired. It looks incredible. Nick and his colleague worked hard to get the job done well and even worked through the rain (not for the roof, which would have been dangerous, but on the risers). And the price was excellent! Our neighbor was so impressed he took cards to hand out to other neighbors and to his friends looking for repairs.

Not only did they repair the broken leg that I brought it in for, but they also fixed the other two legs, noticing that they were in need of repair as well. On top of that, they went above and beyond by stripping and re-staining the base of the table so that everything matched. The service was incredible! The price was exactly what I have been quoted, which was very reasonable. The staff was courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. They even identified the wood that the base was made out of for me, noting the tables quality.
