This agent listed a home in our community. I have had several conversations with her to please follow our HOA rules. I never get a call back and my voice mails are ignored. Just recently, the home sold and they left exposed trash in the back of the garage and their trash cans. We do not allow any trash for pick up to be placed outside the garage before Sunday for Monday pickup. The trash was placed out on Thursday. Her behavior does not fit our standards in our community.
