I generally have great service from everyone (including the young manager with the dreadlocks), yesterday I was serviced by Joe (pause) and he went above and beyond to find the products that I'm used to. . The only reason this one doesn't get 5 stars is because they don't offer drive thru service and the harvest/manufactured dates aren't available online when you are making your selections. I like to purchase based on these dates for freshness. I can't stand a stale pack. Also, when this location (before story) used to host a lot more events and they just haven't as of late, which is a bit disappointing. Overall, the staff is always friendly. The products are generally well stocked, and the perks (good, used to be better). The prices match the quality. Lastly I've never had a problem with pick-up or walkin. read more

Great store never a long line or wait. But I'm not understanding why every time I come why I have to update my number. I literally just changed it at the door check in and then I walked into the line. The bartender took my ID and still told me again to change my number. Beware, orders are delivery only. Minimum order of $150. You place the order online, they text you to get your information. Then confirm your address is correct. You pay through an app from your phone (all ok so far). After you pay and just before delivery they inform you that there is a $500 security deposit (for what I don't know). Unless you pay an additional $500, then you lose your money you paid for your order. Been trying to get my money back, never received the product, they took my money. I do not recommend this place. In the past, security did not want to let me in when I arrived 15 minutes before closing. I called ahead of time and the lady said that they'll for sure let me in if I arrive before 10pm:00. She even went on to say that other customers have arrived 5 minutes before closing and were still let in. I called because this was not the first time I had issues with security. It honestly seemed like the security was moody and having some sort of power trip that day. I posted my review on google and the dispensary removed my review which did not shock me at all. I also don't know who's in charge of weighing and packaging weed at this dispo but the weight info on the plastic package that the weed comes in is FALSE and weighs MUCH LESS than what it says. Maybe the owner is trying to save money by giving customers less weed than what is advertised? Honestly, who knows but with other dispos this is never a problem. WEIGH YOUR WEED AFTER YOU BUY FROM THIS DISPO GUYS!!! Also, some of the staff expect tips for literally doing nothing. This one girl stared at the tip jar after she gave me my change and rudely looked at me after she realized the cash was not going into the jar. I am a HUUGEE tipper but I do not see the point of tipping for a service that requires basically nothing out of the worker. For example, when you go to a restaurant, the waiters work their butt off and most of the time give very pleasant service. That's a well deserved tip right there! But let me get this straight... you expect a tip for giving me a little 5 sec info about a certain strain/brand that you literally thought about on the top of your head? I don't think so. How do I know this? Because I've asked questions to the bud tender and you can clearly tell that they were struggling to come up with misinformation on the spot to "sell" the product. Why cheapen out and not pay your workers a better wage? Additionally, I posted an online order and since it was almost 9:00, the website said that it was too late to accept orders but rest assured it will be received tomorrow and ready for pick up. When I called, the lady said that the website has been saying that for a while and that it's inaccurate. Ok? Instead of letting customers get false info, why not fix it since it's been saying that "for a while"? Some people are busy and are not able to get their orders that day, so they rely on the info that the website gives. Looks like another excuse to save $$$ to not get someone to fix the website. So here I am posting ONCE again. You guys have officially lost a customer I gave you guys 5 more chances to redeem yourselves, make your customers feel more welcome upon coming in, to have a better environment, better customer service everything For the last 2 months periodically when I go in, there's a issue about EVERYTHING I get told "oh we have no wax" or "we have no flower" the list goes on and on for that. And then I get sent to bud tenders who are rude as much as they want to be. I get looked at like I'm stupid because I don't know a general answer to something I'm still new and learning all new information. Then you get other bud tenders who are too HIGH to function, I get it you work in a dispensary but don't come to work so stoned out of your mind that you can't even comprehend what a customer is telling you to the point where I might add they're slouching over to talk and almost slap their head straight on the counter. And then I had another manager tell me that your ATM can charge fees as much as they want based on the brand card I used. Based off of this chelsie or chelsee or Chelsea said "well based on your number there's only a free 8th and pre roll" not listening to a single word I said that Xavier couldn't pull my account up and I was never sure as to why because even corporate has this issue. She said "you can come in my manager said it was fine" with a attitude and hung up the phone. And then going back into this again with the moth you guys were nice enough to replace my preroll and give me a free 8th (which I am grateful for) which I contacted you guys on 10/17/2022 but even with the corporate email proof I still had a but tender whos all pierced up, tatted up, short skinny argue with me the whole entire time during my transaction so I had to call a manager over and he even tried arguing with them. I've gone to the same dispensary for like 2 years. I happened to be heading somewhere where this was going to be right on my path. Stopped in and it's awesome -- the employees are super kind and helpful, check in process was a breeze, and the wait for the amount of people they service is incredibly short. Extra points for good music and the security guy was also VERY kind. Not sure if he's always there, but it can't be the most fun job and you're always dealing with the problems, so it was just nice to experience someone that appreciates and enjoys his job and makes the customer experience even more enjoyable even when it's not his job to do that people. The staff is always super helpful, accommodating and will take the time to educate you on all the products. Not to mention the PICKUP option.
