I've had the worst experience at this dispensary, and it happened multiple times. On the phone, Nancy was incredibly rude and unprofessional when I simply asked about the specials. Instead of letting me know the specials, she told me to "just look at the website" and gave me an attitude for no reason. When I came in, she was still rude, avoided helping me, and refused to explain the specials or third-visit deals. Security had to step in and answer my questions because she was so impatient and dismissive. When I finally got called in by Damien, things didn't get better. He was clearly in a rush because a customer he knew personally had requested him. While I was picking out a product, he was visibly impatient and hurried me the entire time. When I asked about the highest THC product, he said, "There's like 15 different ones," and just grabbed a random item, pretending it was the strongest. To make matters worse, when I asked about a specific cart I saw on the shelf, he dismissed it by saying, "It's sh*t." He barely made an effort to assist me, didn't seem interested in answering my questions, and created an overall terrible experience. Bystanders know their stuff and have worked with me to get the best deals. The deli jars @ $250/oz aren't the cheapest but I compare them with top shelf tiny jar stuff. Concern being in jars constantly opening & closing can dry them up. If the sticky isn't there when they ounce the tweezers or the smell is weak or "off" they've always made a solution. read more

Ive been coming to Pondy for over two years and Today I had the unfortunate experience of being helped by Josh. Not only did state his opinion every chance he got but he also made it a point to undermine my girlfriend and I's choices. We were coming in to celebrate and by the time we left our mood was completely ruined. Out of all the dispensaries I've been to in Arizona this reminds me of West Coast weed the only issue is the price. It is ridiculously overpriced to me. It's 2024 in the United States you should not have to pay over $50 for a quarter of Weed honestly. With that said if they're having some sort of special or deal or if money is not an issue, they are a five star marijuana store. I just do not think that weed should be so expensive because there are so many stores competing with each other. But people calling this weed mediocre are lying. It's the closest I've tasted to California weed in the whole state of Arizona. I just wanted to warn anyone coming from California, or anywhere that has a general care for customers - this is NOT the spot. I called their number and tried both extensions for well over two hours. After reading the reviews I was certainly taking a gamble. If the security guard doesn't put you off upon first meeting him, the staff inside being completely checked out and beyond rude (don't even think about asking them a question) will certainly deter you from spending any money at this place. PLEASE let the security guards know that customers MUST sign in first before he forces us to stand in his line outside the building.  He had me wait nearly an hour just for the receptionist to say to me, "You should have checked in first, everyone else waiting is to go inside, you're online, you can go to the window now."  The second time when I tried to explain that to the security guard, he got ANGRY with me and would not allow me to go inside to check in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Customer service here is a, what you see is what you get. Even when the staff doesn't take the time to confirm your order. They will give you a hard time about trying to get what you originally came in for. Makes it hard when you can't see what's in the packaging and they use the same packaging for several items. So while I can take some blame in this situation, trying to go back in to get the right order was made even more difficult by the General Manager. All I wanted was a refund which I had to sound upset to even get but that's why I went in there. Had there been a little more sense, they could have refunded me and I could have then bought what I came in there for. Earned an extra star for the quality of their bud but the customer flow sucks. Don't bother "express ordering" as you wait in the same line to go as people walking in. Their "express window" is right next to their only ATM which takes time away from people just picking up their orders because only one person is allowed in the vicinity.
