We got a bright red bow tie for a deep red tux, it looked stupid and when I said something they finally told us about the patterned tie rule. When my boyfriend tried it on to make sure it fit they wouldn't let him walk out or me walk back there to look at it. I finally just went back there and looked because if something was wrong he wouldn't have said anything about it. They are old and don't understand nowadays prom fashion.

We only had a short amount of time and had to worry through whole night that dress will hold up. Took video to show that it was broke, left voicemail with shop. Owner called Monday. Told me she recieved my voicemail and that that is not possible with that gown. Offered to pay for a new zipper (just the zipper, not the installation). I think I've bought 15 or so dresses from them. Every time I go in, the staff is so friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to help me find a dress that matches my vision. When I can't find a dress I want, they take down my information and will often do research to find a dress that I may like. This level of intentionality can be hard to find. They do a great job of finding accessories to go with the dress. I usually end up buying a beautiful pair of earrings with my dress. I could go on and on about SSY.
