We got a bright red bow tie for a deep red tux, it looked stupid and when I said something they finally told us about the patterned tie rule. When my boyfriend tried it on to make sure it fit they wouldn't let him walk out or me walk back there to look at it. I finally just went back there and looked because if something was wrong he wouldn't have said anything about it. They are old and don't understand nowadays prom fashion.

Zipper went up with ease, got it to the top and it came completely apart. We had to sew my daughter into dress. It was an awful situation. We only had a short amount of time and had to worry through whole night that dress will hold up. Took video to show that it was broke, left voicemail with shop. Owner called Monday. Told me she recieved my voicemail and that that is not possible with that gown. Offered to pay for a new zipper (just the zipper, not the installation). Owner is new this year, we have always bought deesses there in the past. We will never shop their again.
