Collector's Paradise is the complete opposite. Layout is nice and spacious giving room to browse. The sections by author took me a while to get used to. Good selection and I love that authors randomly drop in and sign copies (and the store sells them at face value).

I understand it's meant to keep things fair, but from a customer standpoint it can take away part of the experience when buying packs. The staff are knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely care about the players walking through the door. That's not something you can fake, and it shows in how the community shows up. Whether you're brand new to TCGs or deep in the hobby, you feel like you belong there. They also do a phenomenal job supporting events and keeping the scene active.
