We appreciated their transparency and quickness in dealing with our procedure. - Our pup had a foxtail stuck in his ear drum :/. Not a con, just a note: It's pretty pricey, but the price difference is probably because we came in for an emergency and also they're the only vet in Big Bear open on the weekend so hard to put a value ratio on it. Just make sure you have insurance or you'll be paying a pretty penny for their services. For reference the initial check up was $180 (not including the procedure we had to do afterwards) vs our normal vet visit is $75.

I received a call when it was time for pickup and Joyce brought out my dog, happy and clean. She gave me a run down of how it all went and what was done. I'm happy with my experience. Renaissance got me a same day appointment and my dog was happy. It was reasonably priced (and it wasn't extra for my large dog) and I liked Joyce enough to feel comfortable leaving my dog in her care.
