The best Dog Groomer, pet groomer animal lover anywhere. They truly love your fur babies and treat them as though they are they're very own. The animals are so happy and come out looking beautiful and refreshed. Best cut my dog ever got not to mention she came home so very happy. The Groomer had spent so much time on her making her beautiful and you could tell she felt every bit of it. I wouldn't look anywhere else and if you have to wait, it's worth it. The fact that they have nail cutting every day for five dollars is absolutely amazing! There's no reason not to get your dog's nails cut even if they are temperamental. Our little Jack Russell Chihuahua mix is a big handful and even went potty on the technician when she cut his nails and she was just so down to earth and kind about it and acted as though it was nothing I couldn't take my little one anywhere else because he's so fearful. I was warmly greeted, my questions were thoroughly answered and Kodiak had excellent care, in a tiny manner, for a reasonable price. It just doesn't get any better than that. We are spending a month in Big Bear to get out of the heat in Phoenix! We have our little long haired shitztsu Oliver with us. Oliver is groomed every two weeks at home and was I worried about finding a good groomer for him. He spent the last week in the backyard playing in pine sap so I he had a few problems. After looking at Yelp reviews I made an appt at Pampered Pets and so happy I did. They were very responsive in setting up appt . It's a cute little quirky place off Big Bear Blvd. Halfway thru appt I was called to say Oliver is afraid of the blow dryer so they were going to let him air dry a little before trying again so it would take more time. When I did go and pick him up he looked absolutely gorgeous. His coat was so soft and blown out perfectly . Area that needed grooming were done and several knots removed. I was soooooo impressed. These ladies did an AMAZING job today. They washed, brushed, cleaned teeth, did gland expression, cleaned his ears and trimmed his nails for $40!! Drop off was very welcoming and I was comfortable leaving Ken there. We just relocated to Big Bear and Mr. Ken needed a grooming like no other. He is a Chow Chow Rhodesian Ridgeback mix with hair for days! I will spend hours brushing him and the hair keeps coming! After exactly the 2 hours they said it would take, they called me to pick him up and he was a happy and clean guy! We even got a cute little bandana! Thank you Guys! Please keep your pets away from this shop, they have left burns on the necks of my two very nice expensive Pomeranians doggies. I had told Kim several times they have never been tied while being groomed she tied them anyway, she has left one of my dogs with neck nerve damage and you cannot even touch his neck now without him crying, she was horridly rude and did a very poor job on both of my Pomeranian.. I have always used North Shore Animals groomer Carol who is awesome bit she was away for vacation so in need of grooming I went to Kim's, she is rude , over charges and not worth a darn as far as grooming is concerned, and she hurt my dogs the most important fact of all, she should not being grooming anything, Stay away people from the shop save you dogs from harm.. read more

This morning was Mimos first time getting groomed ! She got a clean up, her nails done, dreads out and she smells amazing, and looks great, they even gave her a little Christmas bandana ! Kim and her crew did wonders on my little fluff, and I will definitely be returning when she needs to be groomed again. It's been a few days since we took our rescue dog to Pampered Pets for what we believe was her first professional grooming. She is still fluffy, clean, and smelling good. My family and I are part time residents up on the mountain. I'd like to say that I am extremely picky and cautious about who grooms my baby (and she is too) My little furr ball had too much fun rolling in the DG and pine dust, and was in need of grooming. As usual I turned to Yelp. I called Kim's and was offered an appt for that Friday and asked if they had any cancellations to call me. They called not long after and said I could bring my baby in the next day. YAY! :). Walking into the shop was very welcoming and friendly. I really liked they gave me a time estimate of when she would be done. They called once she was ready and was right on par with the time range they gave me. More than this though... Kim did a fantastic job!!! Usually Panda (my dog) does not care to have her face trimmed. Kim reported no issues. She looked so adorable!! I would also like to commend her for getting a bandana on her! Loved it! Her groomer down the hill will usually do bows or a bandana and she has it off in minutes. She left Kim's on for 2 weeks! And she still smelled good after all that time!! The long and short : I am temped to drive up the mountain just to have Kim groom my dog! Panda came home happy and feeling pretty and the cost was significantly cheaper than I am used to paying. This groomers shop is wonderful, everyone was very polite and sweet not only to me but my two pups. Aspen (GSD) is only 6 months old so I didn't know how she would do but they said she was perfect. And Oakley my bfs husky who is only 4 but thinks he's a grumpy man was perfect as well. I know it was because these ladies were so kind to them. I've never seen in my life oakley so clean! Our dog gets her nails trimmed here, and let me tell you, she's skittish & scares easily. The first time my dog had to be held by two staff members because she squirmed & tried to wrestle free out of my arms, but they handled her like pros. Nail trimming takes less than 5 min, and you can do walk-ins before 2pm, I believe. They're very friendly, professional & accommodating. read more

We bring our three dogs here regularly. Such a nice feeling having a trustworthy person take care of our dogs. Our German Shepherd mix was rescued from an abusive situation. Typically she won't let anyone groom her. Jay Jay is so gentle and nice she has gained her trust and can be groomed without problem. Always great results whether it is just our husky blowing out her coat, the dogs needing their nails clipped or a shave for summer( not the husky Great prices and an awesome bunch of ladies.
