STOLEN DRESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I could have no stars. This lady is a fraud she had my dress for 95 days and now the wedding is in 28 days she still isn't done. She came to my house 7 different times because she couldn't get the measurements right. I've been nothing but patient with her. She tell me she's coming and never come. I told her I'm frustrated because I'm limited on days before my wedding she said she's frustrated to and she's going to mail it out instead of bringing it like she normally came and got it. Then say its not my fault you gained weight but I didn't. Deb just took on a job she couldn't do and now she's mad but I'm a bride without a dress. If I could give a pieces of sh*t instead of a star I would. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with in my life. My little sister hired Debi to make her prom dress. First she refused to meet with my sister to discuss the details of her dress without an adult present even though my sister is 18 years old and was paying for the dress by herself. When we met discuss the dress she agreed to have the dress ready for a fitting by the June 12th to make sure there was time to make adjustments if needed. She made my sister pay the entire cost of the dress up front, which was $800. My sister's prom was June 17th. The dress wasn't available to try on until the 16th. The dress was so unready that my sister had to find a different dress the night before prom. Luckily somebody was selling a prom dress that was similar to the one Debi was supposed to have made that fit perfectly. I had to loan my sister $500 just to purchase the dress. Debi promised to pay my sister the back the entire $800 because not only did she not receive any service, she also was forced to purchase a different at the last minute even though we planned and paid to have this dress made almost a month before, she also had to purchase an entirely different dress. Debi has refused to pay my sister her money back for the dress she never received. It's been almost 3 months and she had yet attempt to right her wrong. I will be taking this to court first thing Monday morning. I just wanted to help anyone that's considering having anything made by her but saying DON'T ! This person kept my items for many months. The person avoided phone calls for many months. The items were new and unworn when I gave them to her to repair. Come to find out my items were worn by another. I had to get my garments dry cleaned twice. Not only that the person put their name on my garments. I realized hard times cause desperate measures. I had a very bad experience with this owner.DEBI please watch out for her she is a liar! in the worst possible way.fIrst she took my 410.00 suit refuse to give it to me. she told me her granddaughter had given it to me. I had to go to an attorney.long story short I got my suit back,but half done.she refused to do the work on that item and other things.she told me to my face i said i was very pleased with her work.those words never came to mind.oh yes i had paid her.she sewed material into my skirts unauthorized,she told me on the phone she would take it out when i got to her shop she told me she never said that.and that i told her i was pleased with her work. she has definite issues,she yells and wont listen she told me i dont have to listen to you! i told her im the customer.if you go to her be ready for trouble.She needs GOD.i dont want anyone else to be scamped.You have ben forewarned! she has already done it to others i learned that by her conversation,of course she took it back and said she didnt say that,but she did.this is just part of what happen.I hope it helps another consumer. read more
