They carry over 500+ high end dresses in store and have the possibility to order things too. They are rather pricy but I've never been here without finding a dress. They also have a closet in the back of imported couture one of a kind dresses from Lebanon and Dubai. No price cuts on those but they're too gorgeous to pass up! This establishment has horrible customer service. We walked in, and immediately were greeted with horrible attitude, with no welcoming manner. 2 of the younger employees were nice, and helpful. While the owner, was not. They require a parent/guardian to be able to TRY ON any dresses, as well as not being able to try on dresses that are not your size. We drove an hour to get to this store, and we wasted our time. I have no idea how this place has any business, as they are not welcoming or accommodating to their customers. I do not recommend. Beware! These people take money from children. They allowed a minor to sign their contract without parental consent. And then proceeded to steal $400 from that minor. She has no dress and she lost 400 of her hard earned money. Parents do not allow your kids to shop here for their up coming prom or homecoming. The owners should be ashamed of themselves. THIS IS THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL DISGUSTING PLACE EVER!!! DONT COME HERE. My friend and I came here looking for prom dresses. We weren't greeted, the owner just straight up yelled at us telling us we can't try on dresses without a parent even though we called prior and were never told that. We're 18 years old paying for our own dresses. He claimed it was because he was short staffed and watched me cry my way out without an apology and just kept screaming at me. Right off the bat the customer service was the worst I had ever experienced. I'm 18 and am planning on buying my own dress and as soon as I walked in the dude was asking if we needed our parents money or needed to come back with them and seemed surprised that we were buying our own dresses. The entire time the guy was complaining about previous customers. I was so uncomfortable and he went off on me for not zipping up dresses after putting them on. I didn't zip up the dresses because I already knew they didn't fit. My entire crotch was out in one and my boob almost fell out in the other so of course I'm not gonna come out of the dressing room to have somebody zip me when everything is out. The lady was literally unzipping me outside of the dressing room in front of everybody and made me very uncomfortable. Worst experience I've ever had while dress shopping. read more

I love Art and Linda! They have been wonderful and so helpful for the many occasions they've helped me find the perfect dress for. They are so professional and truly care about helping you find the right dress. From day one, Art was honest about what looked good and what didn't. He told me "I don't want to sell you a dress just to sell you something off my rack. I want you to find something that you love and that looks best on you." When I took my dress in recently for alterations, they not only came out AMAZING, but he also added extra stitching in certain places (at no extra charge) to make sure that everything was perfect and that the cheap dress that I got at a different location wouldn't come apart. Very rude and horrible customer service. Did not have any of the dresses listed on their website. Told me i could try on 5 dresses but when i said i need my moms opinion to help said i could only try 2 dresses because she wasn't there.. i also was looking at dresses from the website she wouldn't show me because they are "couture". Worst attitude very passive aggressive.. did not show me one of the dresses i wanted to see .. or any dress for that matter i had to go searching for ones to try on even though i showed pictures of what i wanted from their own site. Read the reviews before going to the store. I assumed people were just being dramatic and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I should've listened to everyone. As soon as I walked in the store no one got up to help me or seemed to care that we were there. No one pulled any dresses or suggested any styles for me. I asked the girl at the desk where the Jessica Angel dresses were and she said all of the dresses were organized by color. She didn't get up to help or show me where some were. They also told me that there was a 4 dress limit that I could try on. They only let me have one dress in the room at a time and when I put one out that I didn't want, my mom grabbed another dress and put it outside of my room. The lady immediately told her that she can't do that. She then told me that it wouldn't fit me anyway because it was an xxs. Keep in mind that I had been trying on xs and smalls. I could keep going on but morale of the story is this was the most negative dress shopping experience. Very very disappointed. read more

There is a great selection of beautiful dresses, and the staff was helpful, but it was very crowded and kind of dark and oppressive-feeling inside. My daughter tried on only 4 dresses before she felt like she needed to leave. The prices are really steep, even with a 20% discount for prom. If it's really important to you to buy a Sherri Hill dress, then this is the only place you can do that locally and you're stuck, but I don't think that gives you license to rack up your prices outrageously. It seemed as though there were a number of customers in and out in the brief time we were there, all being tended to with kindness and seeming satisfied. However, for us, the vibe at a nearby competing store was much better and we found a great dress at a much more reasonable price. read more

What I like the best is that they made recommendations on what I should try on, I don't want to be there all day nor do I want to try on a million dresses. They were spot on with the recommendations. I had a terrible experience shopping, it's my senior year homecoming and I came in to shop for a dress that I would be paying for with MY OWN MONEY that I have worked for, and was only allowed to try on 2 dresses because I did not have a parent accompanying me when I was their. It's an absolutely ridiculous policy, and while I was there the staff working stared at me and talked about me right in front of me. They also were just plain rude to me while I was very carefully handling the dresses and taking my time to pick which 2 dresses I wanted to try on because I wasn't going to waste the hour drive to the store all for nothing. The selection wasn't the greatest either I might add. Also, I would like to note that they their policy about not being able to try on dresses without a parent with you is NOWHERE advertised on their website.
