Please AVOID here at all costs. Very unprofessional. I keep receiving letters and paypal requests…read moreto pay for a bill thats already been LONG paid not only that but letter's threatening to sent to collections. Come on now. Its a $14 bill do you really think im not going to pay that? Really absurd. I went there one time for a visit and it was absolute chaos. I highly do not recommend coming here. They have no sympathy for others. also who uses paypal invoices to send to patients- Talk about sketchy. ----------------- REPLYING TO DR TRAGER You dont deserve the title to be a doctor. you should resign. You are an embarrassment to doctors around the world. Never in my life have seen such an unprofessional, unapologetic doctor".

This is a pediatric dermatologist I should mention in case folks didn't notice. I also like the personable side of him, he has his photography skills on display. And his office is immaculate. There's a TV to pass the wait time (albeit short). And he has shelves of books or children's themed magazines for those wanting to read something while waiting. Tip: no food or drinks allowed in the practice. If you bring it in, it will be held in the kitchen for safe keeping. This is a posted rule, please observe. Since my daughter was born almost 4 years ago she has seen 3 of the Dr.'s at Turow and Tierney…read morepediatrics. Turow, Tierney and Zausmer are experts, caring and logical. My husband and I trust these Doctors. For that we have always overlooked- The front desk, which is unorganized, condescending, and just to be redundant blatantly rude. I do not know them, nor acknowledge them more than a head behind the glass. I prefer to be happy. When your child is up all night and sick, you don't want to talk to one of the receptionists at 8:30. Whom will be telling you how fast they could get into the office and what they would do if their kid was sick...who does that? Judgemental people. These comments are to spread awareness. If you don't know now you will and if you're looking at this review maybe you already know and can do something about it...

This one star review is for its administration not for its doctors…read more The doctors are awesome! ! This is why it's so frustrating because everyone wants to see these doctors. But unfortunately the doctors are oblivious to its admin staffs actions. Called to simply make an annual check up for my daughter and the phone was busy from opening time of 8:30am and stayed busy -9am. At 9:01am they started to actually answer the phone and said, pediatrics is busy can you hold a moment? I said yes, at 9:30am I hung up and called again. She answered immediately which means my 30 mins hold was all for nothing as I was forgotten on hold. I'll never get my 30 mins of my life wasted back! I asked for an appointment and they said to call back next month! WTF!!!? I'm at the mercy of these people! What else can I do other than share my numerous frustrations with their admin staff! Maybe one of them who cares about customer service will try and make things better and try to alleviate the level of incompetence that currently exists. Who knows maybe a doctor of the practice will actually read their Yelp reviews. It maybe time to change practices regardless of their great doctors. What a shame that a bunch of clock in clock outs can ruin a practice!

Updated review We…read morereally really love the doctors here. They share our values, they're very good at their jobs and pleasant with every visit. The front receptionist desk has been difficult to interact with, especially getting school forms signed and returned to us. After struggling with this for over a year, I was able to talk to the nurse manager, and these are the tips I recommend other parents if they struggle with something similar. 1. Always stay calm and collected when talking with the staff. They are working very hard and apparently understaffed by two receptionists (as of Sept 2019), during school season. 2. If they ask you to leave your name and number and expect a call back, make sure you also ask for THEIR name so that there is accountability. In the past I had a very difficult time with this because I would not receive a call back and I didn't know who it was. Apparently, these forms are usually returned within 48 hours (depending on season) so this is a good baseline for follow ups. If you still do not receive a callback after a reasonable amount of time or have an unpleasant experience, call and ask for the Nurse Manager. Explain to them your situation with the name of the person you've been talking with name so that they can resolve the situation and make adjustments. The Nurse Manager here is running things very well, I applaud the effort.

Within a few days she was itching again. I clearly missed an egg. Having gone through it I would have come to DeLiceful immediately and saved myself time and money on the kit. We decided to come to the Floral Park location based on a recommendation from a friend. Also, it was cheaper than the other places I saw online and I appreciated that they have a 30 guarantee so if she has it again within 30 days they'll retreat for free. That was a big selling point for me in case she's given it to her friends and now they're going to be passing it back and forth. I appreciate knowing that if that happens I won't have to continue paying. Rosa is the person that treated her and she was extremely thorough and sweet. She was very informative as well. I had her check my head as well because I was itchy and I swore I'd gotten it from my daughter. Rosa checked me thoroughly and advised I didn't have it. She easily could have told me I did and made an additional $175 to fake treat me. I really appreciate how ethical they are. The store was very comfortable and made the process a lot easier. There is a big television where my daughter watched Netflix and an assortment of candy and snacks. I can not say enough about this business. Definitely five stars! Thank you Rosa and DeLiceful for making an awkward and scary experience so much better!

Instead, the front desk guy told me it was the end of the day and insisted I call back tomorrow. Shocked, I could only respond with a stunned "wow" before saying I'd just wait and call the emergency line later. I guess he felt bad and had someone call me back. Unfortunately, the call I received left me feeling even worse. As a first-time mom to a 6-month-old, I needed guidance on what to do if my baby spiked a fever overnight. My very first question was whether I should take him to the ER if his temperature rose. The doctor responded with a scoff and, in a mocking tone, repeated, "ER?! You don't take him to the ER," before telling me to give him Tylenol and call back tomorrow. The lack of compassion from Dr. Benilevi has been deeply disheartening. No parent should ever be made to feel ashamed or afraid to ask questions about their child's health -- whether the concern is big or small. I should never have to fear calling my baby's healthcare provider, nor will I tolerate being spoken to with disrespect. It's clear that we deserve better, and I am now actively searching for a new pediatrics clinic. P.S. The only truly positive experience I've had there has been with Michelle (PA) and Dr. Omrani.

Our experience with this practice was extremely disappointing from start to finish…read more During our daughter's appointment with Dr. Russ, we waited approximately an hour and a half before being seen. As exhausted new parents with a young baby, the lengthy delay was already challenging. Unfortunately, the appointment itself did not improve the situation. Rather than focusing on our concerns, Dr. Russ spent a significant amount of time ranting and seemed unable to recognize that we were overwhelmed and simply looking for the necessary information. She was very demeaning. The interaction became particularly uncomfortable when my wife mentioned that a previous physician had provided different information regarding our daughter's care. Instead of addressing the discrepancy professionally, Dr. Russ became defensive and began speaking to us in a condescending manner. We respectfully asked her not to speak to us that way, but the behavior continued. This was especially uncomfortable because she was holding our baby during the exchange. After leaving the appointment, we informed the front desk that we wished to speak with a manager regarding our experience. Michelle offered to take down our contact information, but I later noticed that she had written our phone number incorrectly. Given everything that occurred, it left us questioning whether our concerns would ever be passed along. As a result of this experience, we decided to transfer our daughter's care to another provider and requested her medical records. Unfortunately, obtaining those records became another frustrating ordeal. While attempting to reach the office, Michelle placed me on hold multiple times and disconnected the call. However, when I called from a different phone number, she immediately answered and asked how she could help. When I informed her that I was still on hold on another line and that previous calls had been disconnected, the conversation changed. It was only after I mentioned seeking legal assistance if necessary that my records request was finally addressed. As a parent who was less than a week postpartum, dealing with this level of unprofessionalism and lack of compassion was incredibly stressful. While other physicians in the practice may have positive reviews, our experience with both Dr. Russ and the office staff left us feeling dismissed, disrespected, and unsupported during a vulnerable time. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this practice and we have yet to receive an apology.
