Drs. Tabibzadeh and Aliprandis are phenomenal! We have been going to this practice since the birth of our first child in 2018 and then our second in 2020, and our experience has been nothing short of stellar. Both doctors are very patient, knowledgeable, trustworthy, relatable and overall genuinely kind - it shows in the way they address parent's concerns and build relationships with the children. Lack of Care Front office staff seems to lack knowledge with a high rate of turn over. Over an 8 year span there has been approximately 15 different people which made it extremely difficult to develop relationships and forced me to question the stability of the practice and those running it. My Insurance was also billed incorrectly several times which I found extremely immoral read more

Dr. Tabibzadeh has always been there for me. Over the years, I can recall many instances of being sick and freaking-out, only to be comforted by her genuine care. I've always felt that no matter what the illness, Dr. Tabibzadeh will figure out the issue. What sets her apart from other doctors I've been to is that it doesn't feel like she just treats a symptom-- she treats me as a person, in a holistic way. Her greatest strength is her desire to listen to her patients, which means that my concerns are all addressed before leaving her office. Also a plus: the office is clean and beautiful. It's super simple to get same-day appointments and I never have to wait. I also love that her office staff gets to know every patient and family (and they treat you like family too). Dr Marjan was my doctor throughout childhood and into adolescence & teen years. She has the sweetest voice and was always incredibly gentle and clever. Cleverness is important for a child doctor because kids are afraid of shots. I'm a grown man now and I'm still afraid! Every year during our checkup, Dr Marjan found a new way to trick or distract me from her shots. Suddenly, there would be a cotton swab on my shoulder before I knew what happened! I remember those visits fondly as Dr Marjan would catch up on the who's whos & what's whats of my life during our visits. She's a loving soul who enjoys the company of her patients. Timely prompt response back from both physicians. We have 2 children who see the doctors in this practice and we have mostly been seeing Dr. Alprandis since she followed both kids from birth. You can tell she genuinely has a passion for children and is a powerhouse of knowledge for anything kids related. Unfortunately the front office hurts the practice. We've been lied to repeatedly with respect to fees. Now they're using Obamacare as an excuse to overcharge. They've added billable procedures to a well-baby exam that was 100% free even before Obamacare took effect. They've always spread out vaccine visits to more than the Government recommended schedule in order to create more billable visits. When my first was born we were coming in twice a month! When questioned Tabibzadeh immediately switched back to the regular schedule. I've seen three different pediatricians 5 years because of the loss of doctor Imran and then doctor Pitt. I can't even keep my child's physician continuous through their early childhood! Heck, often a nurse is the one giving the shots and taking the vitals anyway. Maybe billing competence is different than medical competence but the constant appeals for cash make me call all other aspects of the practice into question. I've certainly got the twenty bucks copay but my excellent coverage (I've read the EOB's and my coverage documents thoroughly) means that the constant appeals for trumped up charges and lies leave a bitter taste. With sadness I'm going to check out some other pediatricians. There are many of them out there. The last straw was "Gabby" on 7/8/15. Please don't lie and especially not to someone who has actually understands how health insurance works. read more

While this is a small practice, they aim to provide great care and service. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The nurses are so loving to my daughter. They are wonderful to all the patients, parents, and any one that bring the kids in. Dr. T and Dr. A are really great physicians. I truly feel that they care from my daughter. Update: It saddens me to see people rating this practice 1 Star just because of the front desk experience. I brought my daughter last week and most of the front desk staff are new... they are all very nice and professional. read more

Dr A is the best! Our baby has been going to this office since he was a newborn and Dr A has seen him through everything. She always addresses any questions or concerns I have and she lets us know what to do to make sure our baby is hitting his milestones. Front Office kills this place, Rude and condescending. Most recently, never been to an office where staff just blurts out to one another when you walk in, "I think they have a flag on their account, check for balances." Sheesh, even if I did (there wasn't) then why not do this discretely? It's unprofessional. Dr. Tabibzadeh and her staff are all welcoming and very attentive to all your child's needs. At any given time, they are always there to willingly help and make things easier for you. Having 3 children who have been going there the past 5 years really feels comforting as they are on top of all of their records and make your children feel at ease. My husband and I were so happy to have found a pediatric practice close to home with good reviews. Well we've been coming here for a few years now but are switching doctors. The front desk and most of nursing staff is rude. I kept giving them chances because we love Dr Aliprandis but today was the last straw. The way they talk to you is downright condescending and it's not something we are going to put up with. They've just lost another 2 patients due to terrible customer service. read more

But Im taking out this time to write on this practice because I know I had a hard time finding a pediatrician I was happy with. This practice is not only professional but caring. From the staff handling operations, to the nurses, to the doctors; they all care about the child and really listen to the family and their concerns. Its not just another patient. Dr. Marjan Tabibzadeh is the best pediatrician a family can ask for! She has been caring for my boys since they were born and they are now 16 and 18! I still remember our first meeting with her, I was pregnant with our first and she let us "interview" her so we could decide if she would be the right fit for our family. She was so pleasant and candid, we knew right then and there she was the one. We fell in love and decided to continue taking our kids all these years even though we live on the south shore of Long Island. The office is accommodating and flexible and the staff is fantastic. Our doctor was amazing, but unfortunately they NEVER have appointments or hours to accommodate full-time working parents. If you need a weekend...good luck. You would need to book 6 months in advance and the front desk is absolutely RUDE! The front desk had the nerve to tell me to bring my kids in for an 11:45 AM appointment. I told her what part of I am a full-time working parent and my children are in school do you not understand. Also, good luck when they bill you. They sent my son's information to a lab and billed another participant and mailed that participants information to my home. Very professional. (sarcasm) Although, my doc was great I am sorry to have to leave the practice, due to not having hours to accommodate the normal workforce. Also, if you have a sick child....GOOOOOD LUCK! They will NOT accommodate you. The front desk told me I can get you in maybe in 2 days. Umm...my child is sick now and needs to be seen now. Do not waste your time here and seriously screen your front desk. That woman who answered the phone is so obnoxious. read more

I've been wanting to write a review of this office ever since I switched doctors and I'm glad to see that others share the same opinion as i do. FRONT DESK IS SO DISRESPECTFUL and just downright NASTY!!! I must say that I love Dr. Aliprandis. The "office manager" however, seems to think that she's a doctor as well.
