I've spent the last four days considering this review and am ready to lay it out…read more There is no question that Sarah has great service, to speak to that; I called Sarah on a Wednesday to see if I could get in on Thursday morning. She double checked her calendar and said she could get me in. After much conversation, Sarah let me know about the Yelp deals and we agreed to an hour and a half, which for first time clients was only $65. Pretty impressive! The office was in a good location and she was sure to make the experience relaxing and comfortable. So one may ask, why four stars... Sarah did a great job listening and also had great technique on the trigger points. The one thing I have issues with is the knots in my shoulder blades. I'm not sure if we didn't have enough time for her to work them all out or if she did not find them with the other stress and strain in my back. At the end of the day, the knots are my biggest reason to get massages regularly. I will schedule another appointment at her office and encourage others to do the same. I'm confident she is my local solution to massage therapy. O

The pain grew so much so that it hurt to get up from my chair. An appointment with Laurie brought immediate relief and made it clear an appointment with a physician was not necessary. This was pain from muscles that needed to be worked upon. I did not expect total recovery from one appointment, but I am thankful one session was able to lessen some of the pain and lead me to an understanding that the pain may have been the cause of numerous issues. I'm looking forward to scheduling my next appointment. Laurie's space was clean, comfortable and calming. She was able to exert a level of pressure on my back that my wife will joke that she is not strong enough to do herself. Laurie is professional, adheres to strict COVID-19 protocols and, importantly, is incredibly personable. She's willing to chat during your appointment or work quietly. It's up to your comfort level.
