I felt like I was at an aggressive chiropractor's office who didn't know what I was saying and had consumed a few too many caffeinated drinks just prior to my appt. I've never had a therapist spend so much manic, forceful, high-impact, speed rubbing on my muscles and bones. Lili was otherwise a truly sweet lady who laughed at random and quietly brought me to a face-wince for well over half of the 90 minutes I'd hoped I could relax through. I initially came in 45 minutes early and met April, informing her that I'd be back in after running home some groceries. Somehow this other person greeted me, and I was placed under her hands, and I have no idea how different it might have been if I had seen April. I won't be back to test the theory of a better experience. I get a lot of massages as a retired delivery driver, and I don't like leaving in more pain than when I arrived. Won't be back. Wish I could say otherwise.

My husband had three different people massaging him at separate times, it definitely ruined the consistency of the massage. They kept walking in/out of the room to get stuff or to go talk with the other workers. But what got to me the most is that they overcharged us by $10 because the lady in the front didn't know how to do basic math, but we still ended up leaving a tip on top of the overcharge when we first booked the massage. After the massage was over, the same lady had the audacity to come up to us and say that "Your tip is too low" and straight up asking for a higher tip. I was thrown off guard because I couldn't believe that someone would ask for a bigger tip (especially considering that they overcharged us in the first place). That was just so rude and unprofessional. Also the massage was mediocre so I feel like it was our right to decide how much we want to tip. I hope the extra tip they asked for was worth losing us as customers.
