Deanna is a healer, she loves what she does and she loves her clients, it shows! Her knowledge of the body combined with her strong hands is phenomenal. I schedule my massages at 8:00am and when I walk in it's obvious Deanna has been there preparing for me, the space is warm and she is ready! I had such a severe kink in my right shoulder and neck as I've been planning an out of state move and have been extremely stressed. Lara did such a good job releasing the tension I was feeling and I truly needed that as I was in so much pain I had been out of commission for multiple days and was struggling to sleep. Instantly I felt relief and the pressure was still gentle enough that I could really relax and enjoy the massage. I've been here one other time quite a while ago and I'm not sure who massaged me but I got a CBD add on and she mixed up some CBD massage oil and gave it to me so I could bring it next time without being charged and that's what I did when I had my appointment with Lara! WOW all day- Debi is amazing. She is very good at reading people, and just the right type of strong, and still gentle but effective strength and her lotion and modalities she uses are very custom to you at each visit. She works on you as a person, her hands find the spots your body needs and both hands work together to help remove the pain and the aches of life. She doesn't tell me to "breath" through it she respects the sanctity of the room and process and gives reminder breaths herself which encourage me to breath through the tight spots. It is weird to say "both hands work together, but i have too often had a massage where one hand wasn't' working on the injury and the other was. She has many years of experience to know exactly how to therapeutically work the injury. Often the girls just out of school, go thru what feels like the same dance routine on the back, and neck, not really helping you, just doing a job... I used to go to the random massage joints, then I went to the membership places, trying to make massage frequent and affordable, however always leaving either disappointed or dissatisfied by the therapist or the environment, or lack of care wasn't worth it. It is a little more expensive, at a glance, however I can actually relax, and feel the tension stretch and move away. The soft bedding, the towels, robes, slippers, rugs, the teas, the water, the waiting room and decor and upgrades to the steam room, the special lotion, water features, and ointments, all add up and add up to a much better clean calming experience. AS WELL as they don't nickle and dime you for your treatment which adds up to this same price some places too. Honestly, I am a little hesitant to post the review simply because I am not the best planner, and I can call a few days prior and get a massage booked.... for the weekend. I appreciate the salons cleanliness, the message reminder system, the sweet waiting area, and the come as you are we take care of it all steam/Sauna room set up. The staff are always welcoming, the tea and water are a dream. I am thankful to have this place to escape to... I have been going to her for about a year now, and if I won the lottery everyone I love would get a gift card to go see Debi! She loves her trade, and is very effective and amazing at her job! I called to book a massage and was offered the next morning, or afternoon 3 days later. I chose the later date, and when I showed up they had no record of my appointment. I was sad because I've been in pain since having a bad fall months ago, but people make mistakes. Not a big deal. A week later I find I've been charged $115.00 for a massage I never felt. Trying to explain what happened when I called, all I could get was a bored young lady giving me various themes on essentially I don't care, I won't check it out, I won't discuss it. No discussion of customer service, it is possible we could have been mistaken and let us return all or part of your money or even give a massage at a reduced rate. I was very unhappy with the way this group conducts business. They may or may not give a good massage, I'll never know because I could never trust them. read more

After my primary care doctor recommended a massage I made an appt with Christine. I had injured the bicep and tricep of my left arm which resulted in muscles near to the injury to spasm. I was in so much pain and unable to move my arm. Things like driving, brushing my hair/teeth, lifting a cup to drink, etc. were impossible. I thought it was all due to the injury. However, immediately after my massage from Christine I was able to do all of that with little pain from the injury. I had no idea compensating muscles could hurt so bad. I came in with significant back pain due to moving and taking care of my little children and he was so medically, anatomically and physiology inclined and provided the most therapeutic deep tissue massage I've ever had. I started going here quite a few years ago as needed for my back and neck problems. As time has gone on (and yes that means I am "older" now... not old though! =} so now I go regularly for the last couple years and I will say.. it has made a HUGE difference in my pain. I was having to see the chiropractor 2-3 times a week at the height of my pain to keep it at bay. I started doing the massages monthly and I haven't seen a chiropractor since then. Amazing!! I am writing this just after coming out of a massage with Debi. I have never had such a centered and thorough massage before. I could tell throughout that Debi was using all of her expertise to ensure that areas of concern were addressed properly (I constantly have issues with my traps and Debi was isolating muscle groups to make sure that the knots were reduced substantially throughout the session) and made sure that I was comfortable and relaxed throughout the session. I carry serious tension in my body, so I knew I needed a trigger point massage and a google search led me to Natural Wellness. I found their website to be very informative to what I was looking for, so I booked an appointment online with the next available masseuse who happened to be Debi. I came a little early, and Debi sat with me and addressed my concerns and issues, and what I expected the massage to accomplish. I love that she did this before going into the massage room, so she allowed me to actually lay there and not have to talk to her while I enjoyed the stress relief. I never had a female masseuse before, as I really like hard pressure, but Debi was able to adapt to what my body needed. Her experience shows through her touch! She was easily able to find my knots and tension and use firm trigger points to provide relief, and in my sensitive areas like legs, used a lighter touch. It was really refreshing to enjoy my massage and not have to explain these things during my time. The 90 minutes was over far too soon, but instantly life changing. I could walk properly again! My headaches disappeared, and I felt good again. I would highly recommend coming for here for your massage needs, they offer true relief, but also a relaxing, calm spa experience as well. Wonderful! My husband and I got a couples massage for 1.5 hours. I am in dental hygiene school, and my masseuse, Jen, took all my occupational hazard-related concerns into consideration. She worked out so much built-up stress and strain in my neck, shoulders, back, arms, and hands (all are areas of concern for a dental hygienist!) She was thorough and very receptive to feedback. The atmosphere is also very relaxing and peaceful. We were able to spend some time in a dry sauna before we began, which helped our muscles relax and was fun to do. I will definitely be coming back! Exceeded expectations! What can I say, I have a jacked up back, muscle spasms in my neck and sciatica (no fun at all) I routinely get massaged but since I travel around the country, it's usually not consistent enough to build rapport with therapists. Generally speaking I have nice relaxing massages but no, true (deep tissue) muscle work. Enter Susan! Master Masseuse! She played my sciatica like a violin and really worked those shoulders, I walked out of there feeling like a new person. The spa itself is rather 'no frills" nice but not super fancy like some places, they have a nice dry sauna and are adding a steam room, everything is spotless and the lighting is very relaxing. But really it's all about the massage and if you really need a deep tissue massage that works those kinks out, book with Susan. read more

Cheri (not sure if I spelled her name right) was absolutely amazing. That was hands down the BEST massage I've ever received. From the moment I walked in I was warmly greeted and offered tea. I tried to order a gift certificate. I paid via PayPal. I never was able to obtain the certificate. I emailed copies of the receipt. I have called several times. They promise, on the recording, to answer every call within an hour. They have not responded to my emails nor phone calls. I believe the certificate is a scam. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. I would not trust them! Their customer service is horrible! read more
