I came upon this listing to ask if they did any retouches from a previous job I had done that was…read morenot completely what I asked for, even after a few times. Agnes seemed to be in quite a hurry on the phone and not very understanding or knowledgeable when a "retouch" was mentioned. Also after she was informed that other salons seemed familiar with what it was, so her response took me by surprise. She rudely said that people have to always get their entire brows done and she wouldn't even know what color the previous person used, as if she was not interested in treating me like a potential customer. After her scurrying off the phone, I realized she never even gave prices for her "full service," since she didn't seem to do or know of "retouches." Upon calling back, I had to leave a vm again, but have yet to hear anything back from her. THIS is a definite Red Flag of Poor Service to come!
