He checked my nose to ensure that I had the correct anatomy for the piercing. Then he sterilized everything for the piercing. He explained the sterilization process. He showed me all of the papers that confirm the items were sterilized properly / etc. He took his time to ensure I was comfortable throughout the process and he was very meticulous on ensuring he got the piecing in just the right spot. I will ALWAYS suggest people go to him for a piercing - if they're looking for one. If my children ever want their ears pierced, I'm not sure there is anyone I could trust outside of Alex!
