He failed to properly install certain elements that were specified like weed prevention matting; thus we had tons of weeds come thru our beds. His response was to start spraying and to hire his company to take care of it - clearly a win for his company. He refused to go back and install what was specified. For all of our flower beds, we had other guys go back and install the matting. We also had to use our own maintenance team to clean up the area. Overall, a very poor experience.

While the pool was being built Mr. Baldwin stopped by took the measurements and assured us that he would and could complete the job. I have tried and tried to contact him to find out when this will be done, our pool company has had conversations with him and it ended up to be all smoke. Mr. Baldwin is NOT honest or truthful and two months after depending upon him to finish what needed to be done, it's not. So, today I fired him after he told our pool company he would be at our house today. He was a no show...Our HOA is giving us notice after notice that we must complete our yard to the HOA standards which includes sod. Mr. Baldwin has embarassed us with his lies and his total lack of professionalism to provide honest and complete customer service. I hope who ever reads this has better luck then we did. Oh, this was a $13,000. job he just lost. I guess that's not much to him. Respectfully.
