But we found another style that did have the correct size (Ariat). There's plenty of parking on either side even with it being busy. I purchased an alfalfa hay bale and discovered a dead bird inside it. Instead of expressing concern about the product's quality, they reprimanded me when I reported the issue, insisting that the alfalfa was fine and showing little care for the potential risk it posed to my horses. They requested that I bring the bale back but would not issue a refund, even after I provided photographs. Additionally, I overheard one of the women speaking poorly about me to my manager as she walked away. The customer service from those two women left much to be desired and they were nasty, and I believe Russell's should reevaluate their hiring choices. I've been coming here for months and can't believe was treated that way.On a positive note, I want to commend the two gentlemen I encountered. They were genuinely apologetic and demonstrated good customer service despite the unpleasant behavior of the women and got me my refund.
