This was the worst experience I've ever had with a contractor! Cut out 2 small existing basement…read morewindows and installed 2 new. One cut was crooked, too high, and too narrow. Too high to use trim to cover the lintel and too crooked to fix with trim. The vinyl seams cracked from forcing window in the buck frame. The other window was too narrow with same issue already described. After numerous attempts to get them back out to fix, I finally got the following text message response 'As many times I came out there and the deal you were given. If that's what you wish to do just make sure you tell the whole truth and not your truth. I don't respond well to threats. Good luck to you moving forward.'
