Everyone involved in creating a template and in performing the instillation was great - they showed up when they said they would and their work is very good. The problem is with changing costs. I was told the remnant was $300 and the fabrication was $595. A total of $895!!! I paid a deposit and before writing the final check I messaged John to verify everything. All of a sudden the $595 fabrication cost was increased to $850. So, now the job cost is $1,150!!! NOT OKAY !!!! I foolishly did not get a written invoice when we started the transaction. Do NOT be as foolish as I was.... Especially when buying remnants from GD Tile at their fabrication location.
