They installed/replaced an outside flood light which was professionally done and required a bucky truck to reach the light. I was delighted with their work, and it was a reasonable price for their service. I requested their assistance again in November 2022 to install/replace an outside flood light in the back of our home. The job only required a ladder and was reasonably priced. However, I wanted more professional service and shared my concerns. They replaced the light fixture I provided with a box that allowed exposed wiring. I was unhappy with the job and consulted other professionals who felt the job primarily would not meet local code. A wire was exposed going into the box. I asked if they could put all wires in the box, which I thought would have been done the first time. The cost of doing it correctly would be $565.00, which I felt was unreasonable, but I signed the contract, not knowing they had the attention to charge me the $335.00 for the first visit. The total cost would be $565.00. However, shortly after paying $565.00, I received another payment notice afterward of $335.00. The total costs to replace an outside flood light I provided and existing wiring that took less than an hour cost $900.00. I share this with you all, so this does not happen to you. The first service was at least a month and a half before the second service to correct the problem. There is no way I would have requested their service if I had received the first service bill. The service was going to be $565.00 in total. I have attached some pictures of the two jobs. Needs to say, I am looking for excellent and honest electric company services.

Yesterday I noticed that a light fixture in the kitchen was hanging by a thread. I was unable to…read morefix it myself so I called Prolux Electrical Solutions which was recommended to me by my plumber. Bill came to my house yesterday morning, which was surprising. Then he determined that the junction box in the ceiling was broken because it was not strong enough for the light fixture. First, he opened the hatch to access the attic above the kitchen. He climbed into the dark and cold attic with tools to remove and replace the junction box. Then he reattached the light fixture to the new junction box. This serious problem was fixed about 2 hours from the time it was discovered and for a very reasonable price. Simply amazing, great service!!
