He removed knob and tube wiring and replaced with all new wiring, upgraded the service panel to 200 amps, and installed many lights, baseboard heaters, bathroom fans, porch lights, etc. Knowledgeable - you spend 10 minutes with him and you realize he knows the ins and outs of all things electric and also generally all things house related. It really gave me confidence in his vision for the final project. Cost - we received several quotes. He was very competitive with his pricing. And when you price in the quality of the work, I think the value is second to none. He was also very upfront and transparent. No hidden charges. He explained why certain items cost what they did. Professionalism - he was punctual for all meetings and phone calls. Prompt with all text replies. Speed - Once the project was underway, they really moved at a fast. I could've diagnosed that myself. He promised to get me an estimate on making changes to the system so that the problem would be resolved. After a few few weeks of not hearing from them, I called and got the owner on the phone. He said that they were looking into it and that they would get back to me with an estimate for the work. It is now been three months. Radio silence. I'm not impressed, I won't use them, and I recommend you don't either.

We recently had a compressor go down for a large walk in cooler and these guys stepped up with a no nonsense quote. They had us up and running in a couple of days. They were very professional. The owner took the time to go over the parts/repairs needed and answer all of my questions. The price was fair. Moving forward they also recommended a preventive maintenance service to keep the new compressor and other parts of the unit healthy and running strong. I was able to track their truck so knew exactly when they would be here. The service technician was pleasant and did the whole job in less than an hour with a reasonable charge. Rarely does any contractor get back within a day and when they do are almost never willing to do a small job. And if they do, they overcharge and complain it was not worth their time. None of that occurred here. One of the top companies I have ever worked with.

I did not want to write a bad review but this incompetent Martella outfit left me know choice to report along with filing complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Martella is the worst.
