They did a very good job. I would recomend them any time. They set the posts and whenever the concrete had cured they put up the fence.

Monarch Fence is by far and away the best fencing company in Papillion (and we've been through quite a few). They bend over backwards to accommodate, even during peak times. Their prices are more than reasonable - lower than we expected and at times under their initial quote (by $500+). Quality is superior - so much so, when you see other fences down, theirs still hold up. Important in Nebraska with occasional high winds. I have nothing but good feedback for them - great customer service, friendliness, courtesy, obtain the lowest prices (without sacrificing quality). They truly go out of their way. read more

Don't use this company. Period. Kip, the owner, will say anything to get your business, including promising a fence warranty. Yet, immediately after installing my fence posts, they began to split, twist, and crack, and barely seven years later, the posts rotted at the cement base. When I called Kip back to discuss the fence, he said he wasn't responsible and was far too busy to help. Now the fence has come down, completely rotted off the cement base, and when I called them back to get an estimate of repairs, I was told I was on a "do not work with" list. I was also called a liar and told that Kip would have never guaranteed any work on a wooden fence. So in addition to being a crook, he's also a liar. My Black dollars are good when they are taking my money, but when it comes time to stand behind the crappy work, they call me a liar and won't stand behind their work. I'm a veteran and a nurse, but I'm a liar? Whatever you do, DO NOT USE MONARCH FENCE. They provide shitty materials then blame customers for calling out their poor quality work. And in the end, will NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. read more

I used Monarch's website to contact them to request an estimate. I received a phone call from Monique at Monarch asking for some additional information. She mentioned they had an opening next week for an on-site estimate. I called back only to be told that the ONLY possible time for an on-site estimate would be almost a month away. She then proceeded to give me way too much information about their estimator's personal life and medical situations. She claimed that there was no way for her to even ask if we could schedule the estimate earlier. I am not going to wait a month to get an estimate so I retracted my request for estimate. There are plenty of other fence companies in town with more professional receptionists and better response times. Take the advice of the other reviewers...don't bother with Monarch if you need timely, professional service. read more

Monarch Fence Co. replaced our wooden fence and did a wonderful job! The installation crew was professional and clean. They cleaned up as they went along! Any and all contacts with any of the employees were helpful and informed. Keith went an extra step to help get a strong bracket to secure the gates in place, and relieve any of our concerns. Their estimate and backlog of work made them the highest estimate and slowest to complete the project, however we wanted quality and were willing to wait and to pay for it. Don't waste your time. We had these guys come out to give us an estimate. Sounded great, so we asked them to schedule us in. SEVERAL WEEKS went by before they finally got back to us on when they could come out. And the date they gave us was several months in the future. I guess it's the busy season, whatever, sign us up. Well, months go by, the week of install arrives. We e-mail to make sure it's still on, and they reply that they're out of fenceposts and won't be able to get any in for another couple months. You scheduled us three months in advance and couldn't count how many fenceposts you had? We could have had a fence by now if we went with another company. read more

We are extremely pleased with Monarch's fence installation on our property. My husband and I were always treated with promptness and courtesy. Both Kipp and Keith were very easy to work with, and easy to communicate with. Perhaps there is a new front desk secretary, because we never had any issues with scheduling or billing. Overall, an extremely smooth process for a very reasonable price. We had estimates from Dakota and Cardinal fencing, with Monarch falling in the middle. My parents' Monarch fence lasted for 25+ years, which is what tipped the balance for us, and I foresee ours lasting at least as long. It was a pleasure doing business with this company. read more

I have been a Monarch Fence customer for almost 30 years. That is when they put up my fence around my pool. Boy, thinking back that sounds like a long time ago, but it has gone by very fast. I still have the same fence up. granted it has needed some TLC during that time but Monarch and Keith were always just a phone call away.
