How does she decide with so many options? I made the mistake of buying from this business and I will never make that mistake again. They do not stand behind the quality of their product, and they lie without reservation. That is the truth of the matter. Rounding up all your poor reviews and claiming they are fake does not change the facts. Two of my covers sit three inches off the ground and leave the feet and bottom rattan completely unprotected. They claim the fault lies with the coverer and not the cover, and that they are not pulled down all the way. Even though I did not include "How to put a cover on a piece of furniture 101" in my university course load many years ago, I can assure you the cover is "installed" correctly and pulled down all the way. Their response to the issue should tell you all you need to know about this company. The lies just keep coming many months after the fact. I wonder what the weather is like in SF. It's quite a pleasant day here in TO.

I had reached out and spoke to Lisa, she was very good at the time. I sent pictures and she agreed there was a defective. My ISSUE is , there solution was for me to return furniture to have it fixed or replaced. I paid for delivery service as I do not have a truck to return defective product. I live over an hour away as well. The solution was that they will pick up at my charge and I would have to pay to have it returned as they 3rd party the delivery service. I expressed my disappointment and wanted to have this rectified. It is now 3 months since I have heard from anyone. I have left messages and no returns..

    My friend suggested that I check this store out as I was looking for a sectional last fall. Can I…read morejust say that it has so much more than outdoor furniture. There was wall art, cabinets, unusual items, etc. I was very impressed with the sectionals on display as they were so comfortable, deep seated and top quality. The only reason I didn't buy my sectional from there is because it couldn't accommodate my space. Staff were so friendly and willing to help with everything. Give DOT a look next time you're in the market for furniture.

When you decide to invest in 'great patio furniture' because you're tired of sitting in uncomfortable chairs, you go to .do patio furniture and purchase over $5000 of patio furniture with the covers to protect them. Here's what happens: The cover tears in the wind and your cushions get soaked. You've had the covers for two seasons, but you think, they should have lasted longer than that. You go to the store and ask if they're in stock. The minute you hint that one tore, the manager changes his demeanour. You show him a photo and he says well you've had those for a while because they've lost their colour. He shows you a dark grey cover and you say, they were never grey, we bought them and they were beige. He says, that's weird, I don't get that. You say, ya, me neither. He has to special order the love seat cover. You don't ask for a replacement, you ask for a discount because you get that you've gotten two seasons out of them and it's not fair to have them give you brand new ones. The manager says they need the original receipt. You say, I bought it all online during covid curbside so we should be in the computer. He repeats, we need the original receipt. I walk out. He says, do you want me to order these. I say, sure. The he says, we need a deposit. I say, forget it. I had no intention of going back. I have no intention of going back. You should either. From start to finish our experience was horrible. We picked them up during the height of covid and EVERYBODY took their masks off when they went behind the desk. While checking out, I watched a salesperson eating a messy burrito, licking her fingers and using the computer. It was bananas. They still have their recommended mask sign on the door, which is hysterical!! Go to Lowes. Go to Home Depot. Go to Costco. Go anywhere, but DO NOT GO TO .DOT PATIO FURNITURE.

    Always want to support local businesses. Went in to try to get a replacement igniter for our 300…read moreseries Weber BBQ. I was told that they could not help me without the exact year & model or serial number; that the parts change every 3-4 years and they would need the exact model. We had bought it second hand, so idea of the year, but certainly less than 7 or 8 years old, but the plate with the serial number was no longer on the BBQ. My husband then went in WITH the part, and after some discussion (again, saying they couldn't help without the model/serial number) they looked up the part number and found it at another location. They took his name and number and told him they would contact him when the part arrived in a day or so. After about 4 days, he called to see if it had arrived. They had no record of him, his contact number, or the part being ordered from the other store. In fact, the sales associate said, "Well, that's not how we do things here". The sales associate was entirely unhelpful and somewhat condescending. No apologies, no offer to make it right. So, after two trips to the store, and zero follow through on their part, I looked up the part on Amazon. Found that this was a UNIVERSAL part, which fits ALL 300 series Weber BBQs built in the last 13 YEARS. Ordered, and it arrived the next day.

In the 2 hours it took to get a tow truck, they had called the police and ticketed my car. They literally would have had to call the police to come to their location to do this as the store was already closed. What a bunch of sour pusses.
