How does she decide with so many options? I made the mistake of buying from this business and I will never make that mistake again. They do not stand behind the quality of their product, and they lie without reservation. That is the truth of the matter. Rounding up all your poor reviews and claiming they are fake does not change the facts. Two of my covers sit three inches off the ground and leave the feet and bottom rattan completely unprotected. They claim the fault lies with the coverer and not the cover, and that they are not pulled down all the way. Even though I did not include "How to put a cover on a piece of furniture 101" in my university course load many years ago, I can assure you the cover is "installed" correctly and pulled down all the way. Their response to the issue should tell you all you need to know about this company. The lies just keep coming many months after the fact. I wonder what the weather is like in SF. It was back ordered a few times I tried to order it directly online from them so they referred me to check with Dickson BBQ who are located in Toronto. I haven't physically been in their store but looks like they have everything from A-Z concerning bbq/smoking with fair prices paired with fair shipping charges. I ordered the rub and also a butcher paper roll which for the latter I was having a real hard time getting my hands on from either Traeger or their distributor here in Laval, Qc. This place now has a special place in my bbq/smoking book because of their wide brand selection and Canada exclusive Meat Church products. It's really worth checking out their site if you need to expand your horizon in this domain. Above all, what makes them special in my books is their superb customer service. Communication is much easier by email than phone and I was just wowed when they replied to my emails in a short period of time and sometimes late at night.
