Absolute worst place I've ever been to. Just came for a quote of a key being made, walked in and nobody greeted me. I took a seat while i waited. I waited for 10 minutes and no one said anything to me. They then took another customer ahead of me. Stood up and still no greeting. Waited 3 more minutes until Nico finally greeted me. These guys are experts with old historic home locks. They fixed my door on my home in Avondale and got the OLD deadbolt working again (I mean this thing is from like the 50s with a glass knob) and their tech was awesome. Little pricey but needed it done because had it on the market and wanted to keep the existing hardware for the historic look. read more

Dropped off two keys to be duplicated. Told to come back in 24 hours. I came back in 24 hours (4pm) and was told the keys hadn't been made. Promised to have by noon the next day, came at 12:20 and still not done. Said give them 10 minutes and they would do it. It's been over 20 minutes and still waiting. I always try to support local, but don't I don't recommend here if you need something done in a timely fashion. read more
