This is not posted anywhere, and due to above-referenced out of service #, you can't even call to see if still open before going there. Clothes came back covered in lint.

I actually drove to the store initially to drop off my stuff and they provided me two new bags to take home and use upon delivery. The staff is super friendly and understanding! They actually forgot to give me a few things during my first pick up, but they called me back a day later and apologized for forgetting things. They scheduled a drop off for me right away and I was able to get all that I wanted. Now that's what you call convenience and great customer service. When I received my stuff, it was all neatly folded in large plastic bags and select shirts were put on hangers.
