Disclosure: I am writing this review as a former employee and real estate professional, who has never been in DCR's credit repair program due to not needing it. However, rest assured that my review is not biased and is purely written to counter some of the falsehoods mentioned in other reviews. Credit repair is not an exact/guaranteed science, but DCR does everything they can to set you up for success! Firstly, DCR offers free consultations where an analyst will go over whichever credit report you provide. They will inform you what you can do on your end to improve your credit and if you would be a good candidate for DCR's program or not. All this information provided is for free. Anyone that would not be a good candidate, will not be able to enroll in the program. Credit repair generally works best for those with a lot of negative remarks and/or older remarks. Secondly, if you enroll in the program, it will take at least 4 months to see the results needed. Credit bureaus have legally allotted time to investigate disputes, so you have to be patient. DCR charges a monthly fee in arrears for services. If your payment with them declines, your program will be frozen. When a program freezes, you ultimately interrupt your traction with your credit repair program and you will likely see results less quickly. Thirdly, DCR is one of the only companies out there that disputes EVERY NEGATIVE ITEM every month and does not pick and choose or charges more for additional items. If you have an item re-reporting or you get a new item on your reports, it will also be added to your dispute campaign. Lastly, the only thing clients need to do while in the program is to provide updated credit reports every few weeks for review. DCR does not pull credit because this would hurt your score which would be unethical and against DoJ regulations. This is the only way to track your progress. People who understand how the program works and know the minor things required of them, generally see amazing results and are able to achieve their goals fairly quickly (within half a year). read more

I had to cancel these "services". I am very dissatisfied with "Dedicated" Credit Repair. A huge disappointment. Seems like they only look on you're file when you follow up constantly. Most of what they disputed reappeared on my credit report. I DO NOT recommend them at all. Waste of money. They constantly call you to sign up. They charge you the high initiation fee and then you will hardly hear from them. My experience with this company so not worth it you're better off saving your money and paying your collections off yourself by calling them and negotiating your own payment plan they convinced me to enroll promising to see a difference it's been 5 to 6 months they just sent you emails stating that they're trying and sending out the next group of forms but honestly I don't even think they pay attention as a matter fact my credit has gone down and they're good at charging your cards honestly take your business somewhere else. What a waste of money and even when I have spoke to that lady Tiffany she made it seem like she didn't even care if I brought my business there elsewhere that should've been a sign from the beginning. This is not an honest business. I've been with them for 3 years. They cleared fraudulent charges with one of the bureaus at the beginning, to show me that they work. Then they intentionally send letters that don't work to the other 2 bureaus. They just want you keep making monthly payments forever and have no interest in fixing your credit. They never even called me to get any details. I was a fool to stay with them this long. I finally looked into it myself, canceled my payment plan and fixed my credit within 30 days. My credit is good again, and Dedicated credit repair is a scam. In 3 years they removed nothing. Don't trust them. read more

I can't believe this company has so many good reviews. I just don't believe it. After 8 months of paying, not 1 thing did, they remove from my credit. Normally the creditors tell you if they got a letter from your dispute, I did not get 1 letter or email. I had a bankruptcy 8 years ago, I asked them why it was still on my credit, and if they could remove it. They said no, bankruptcy fall off after 10 years. They didn't do anything besides correct my address. I had tons of debts which I paid off and they said Well your credit score went up. I told them yes, but you have not removed anything from my report, only thing is I paid off all my debt. It was a waste over thousand dollar and nothing. The girl who was working my account left and then I had someone else but no one could show me they actually sending letters on my behalf. Only they contact you to make sure they get their payment. I was referred to DCR by a lender to get some items removed from my credit report (late payments and paid collections). I have tried on my own with no luck to get these items removed; DCR said they had a few tricks of their own that they could try so I signed up back in May 2020. After reviewing my credit reports, they stated that it would take anywhere between 3 to 6 months. DCR sent out two sets of letters to the credit bureaus on my behalf. After two months of using their services, I decided to cancel with them. To this day September 17, 2020, I have NOT received a single response from the letters that DCR sent out. Could have used the money I paid them to pay down my bills, oh well lesson learned. read more

I found DCR about 18 months ago, a bit in desperation as a credit repair company that specialzed in / for CEO's was charging me $3200 over a 6 month period.
