I thought better and spoke to not believing I needed a motor but went with their professional opinion. I took my trailer out a few days later and had the exact same problem. They sent another crew out a week or so later and found it was not the motor but a wire. The second team changed the motor out as well but realized it was never the motor but instead was a faulty wire. The techs words to me were "your problem was misdiagnosed," and so needless to say they wanted to charge me an additional $437 to fix the wire. I'm a reasonable person but I feel like the fact that the "discount," offered was half off the price of motor (which I never needed) is ludicrous. Seems fair to me to pay for the part actually needed with no labor charge may have been acceptable. Essentially I am only able to accept 1/2 off a product that wasn't necessary. I would not recommend this place.

He told us what time he would show up and was right on time. Rather than wanting to immediately replace the failed air conditioner, he spent some time troubleshooting the problem. Brad performed a thorough analysis of the issue and found the problem was due to a failed thermostat connection, rather than a defective air conditioner. While performing his troubleshooting routine, he noticed both air conditioners required periodic service. We asked him to perform the periodic maintenance and are amazed how much better and quieter they operate. Brad got our air conditioner working in no time. I can't say enough about the quality of work Brad at EMTRV performs. We are totally impressed with Brad's skills. We highly recommend calling him for any RV problems.

She had my generator removed my the "almost" mechanic from next door and another fellow from down the way. Neither of them know sic @ generators.. Instead of disconnecting the cable from the batteries, they cut it. The collision damage was repaired very professionally. Again, it was farmed out to some young man moonlighting from some other repair shop. She rammed into the back of my RV, and never paid for, nor repaired the damage. It was impossible to contact her. Her daughters, friends or whoever would answer the phone meet me at the gate, and they would always meet late. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU TAKE YOUR RV TO THIS SHOP !! THYS DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

Over 40 years in the RV biz, and it shows. How often can you find a RV mobile repair service with an actual certified technician (RVDA and RVIA) for solar and total RV repair. My issue might not be completely resolved, but we eliminated all but one possibility, and that was a huge help. The answer hopefully will be known in a few days. But I wasn't pressured to spend more money without Ray being certain. I was in Idyllwild; he came to me from Hemet. I trust him. If I have need for more services, I'll surely call Ray at CRG.

After coordinating with them for a period of time to do work on my RV, I had an abrupt ending which was extremely perplexing. I am only posting this because being in an extremely vulnerable position, and they knew that I was. I had been communicating with them about upkeep work I needed for my RV and was waiting on funding. After speaking with Jon mostly they came out to my Location to assess the work and then give me a quote for it. Everything was set up for them to do the work and when the time came to do the work they told me to go somewhere else. Now before anyone thinks, "There must be something I did, or there is more to the story", I beg you, that is not the case. It was understood that once all the parts came in that we would set up the install time. Mind you I am a single woman and have zero support to get anything mechanical done. Once my parts came in, I was set up to have them do the work. When I called to schedule the appointment, they were rude and told me to "separate" and "go my own way"??? Are we dating? I want to also make it very clear that I, in no way, was rude or demanding. In fact, everything was extremely cordial just like most of the comments about them, saying they are friendly and accommodating as heck! Which I have always found them to be. But now, when I really needed help to do the installs, I was told i am not able too? Honestly, I would just like to know why they treated me that way, when I have been extremely nice and patient. At this point, I am extremely frustrated and confused, cause now I have to start all over again with parts sitting in my yard that I have to hide so they don't get stolen. Fellow Yelpers beware of JR mobile service.... and they seemed to have just opened an RV dealership…read moreand parts/ service... So I called my RV company and was told to contact them because forest river had contract with them, ok so did as I was told. Called up the number on here, and the number given JR himself answered stated there is a $150 flat rate fee that they charge and that covers them coming out 10 times, ok sounded like a good deal right. Schedule an appointment for them to come out to Check out our AC unfortunately these guys don't know what they're doing.... they told us we needed to have the AC set at 85 in order for it to automatically turn on and off so he went ahead and told me to wash the filters on the AC, and also to cover one of the vents in the main living room area to allow for my ac to pass through. This to me seemed stupid, the charged an additional amount for them being there and inspecting my trailer for 30 minutes if that, and to add some of that silver tape to the AC. He called my husband and told him it would be a total of $250 for labor and parts!!?? What parts??? The piece of metal tape?? Anyway he told us to try that for a week and if it didn't work give him a call... A week roles by, five him a call and just asked if there is anyway they can replace the AC unit we purchased extended warranty and forest river covers that if you have a forest river product which we do. Call him set up another appointment for him to come 9am rolls by nothing, we call and no response.. 10 am rolls by and nothing... call again left VM finally I got tired of waiting I request a day off work to be there, these people didn't even call they are unprofessional!!! So I waited for hours just hear back from them 5 days later that they were backed up and would send someone next week. So that happened he sent a male with one earring very Pettit male, he came and first off didn't even look professional. Comes in and tells my husband the best advice he can give is to drill a hole in the top of the trailer to allow for more ventilation !!! What a joke!! Who would ever advise that, clearly he doesn't know any tampering you do to your trailer takes you out of warranty!! Hah! Wow so he came pulled the lid off our AC and added some silver tape to the back of the ac wiring... we called again to see if JR would be able to put in for a new Unit from Forest River, never heard back from anyone. I have heard other people complain about this JR person and the company, they are a joke and unprofessional. Don't be fooled look for someone who knows what they are doing please!!
